Perfect. Much better than expected
Pros:

Monica, the owner always offered advices and was ready to accommodate any requests. The environment at the property was very friendly. The location, just a few minutes walk from the beach and close to the best beaches of Chia was excellent.

Cons:

The fact that the accommodation was in small houses in nature. It felt very cozy.

Torneremo sicuramente anche fuori stagione
Pros:

Struttura di alto profilo, pulizia eccellente, ottima ospitalità da parte della Signora Monica e della famiglia, colazione con prodotti di qualità e dolci appena sfornati. La quiete è un punto di forza della struttura così come la vicinanza alla spiaggia della Torre di Chia raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi tramite una scorciatoia. Consigliato per relax estremo.

Una prima volta indimenticabile
Pros:

Ottima posizione, 5 minuti a piedi dalla meravigliosa spiaggia Sa Colonia.
Colazione ottima, ogni mattina siamo stati viziati con dei buonissimi dolci fatti in casa.
L’accoglienza e la gentilezza della titolare è indimenticabile.

Un très bel endroit, très bon emplacement à proximité immédiate de deux belles plages
Accueil agréable
Chambre spacieuse, literie confortable. Petite table à disposition sur la terrasse commune à plusieurs chambres, ainsi qu'un étendage extérieur pour les serviettes, c'est appréciable
Petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix, servi sous le beau kiosque.

Dit hotel heeft verschillende losse huisjes waar je in verblijft. Het geeft dus meer het gevoel als dat je een eigen huisje hebt als dat je in een hotel verblijft. Het is een mooi ruime en schone kamer. Het ontbijt was erg lekker en uitgebreid met goede koffie! Aan de rand van de tuin is een meertje waar je dagelijks de flamingo's kan zien. Soms erg dichtbij! De strandjes in de omgeving zijn geweldig! Er zijn een aantal restaurants in de omgeving. Sommigen waren nog gesloten. Het is wel aan te raden te reserveren.

Pros:

Die Vermieterin war super nett. Sie hat uns sogar das Rezept für den überragenden Mürbteigstrudel gegeben. Das Frühstück war außerordentlich vielfältig und super lecker. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt.

Cons:

Die Häuschen sind leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Mückenrollo war defekt und die Dusche ist sehr klein. Wifi funktioniert nur im Hauptgebäude.
Aber es war alles sauber. Die Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt.
