The apartment was very spacious, clean, extremely comfortable, and well-lit. The bed was great. The apartment is located at the heart of Edinburgh's New Town. It is not only an area of extremely beautiful architecture, but also full of great restaurants and coffee shops--very quiet and calm, yet full of nice, lively spots at the same time.
The real highlight for us was the incredibly kind and helpful staff. We left an object of high sentimental value in our room, and they immediately found it and offered to pack it and have it ready for a courier to ship it back home to us. We are truly grateful and highly recommend this place if you visit Edinburgh. We will definitely come back!
Everything was perfect! We'd come back to the Heeton Concept in a heartbeat on our next trip to Edinburgh.
We obtained 1 more chair for eating in the kitchen because there was only one whereas we were 2 personnes.
Everything was fine, breakfast correct but coffee not good.

There is no public transportation to Princess St
The room was lovely, spacious, and clean. The shower had great water pressure, and fresh towels were easy to get from reception. The area was a prime location for both the high street and the royal mile, and the staff were always friendly and courteous.
The overhead rain shower in the bathroom splashes out onto the main bathroom floor, no matter what angle you turn it to. Stock up on towels so you don't slip.

Good location for the New Town and the apartment was generally clean. It was handy to have a separate lounge/ kitchenette to the bedroom.
The shower was a good temperature and worked well. The bed was comfortable.
Our apartment was on the lower ground floor, so had minimal windows, which we were not expecting and was a bit of a surprise considering the cost of the room. There was no view to speak of as the room was below street level - I would’ve preferred to be told in advance that the room was located on the lower ground floor.
There were some details which would benefit from being updated, for example, the blinds covering the exterior doors were slightly broken and outdated; there was a hole in one of the bath towels; and generally some of the paintwork/ tiles could do with a refresh. The doors between the rooms were loud and squeaky.
