This should not be listed as a functioning hotel.
Pros:

No one anywhere to speak to. The building looked like it would fall down. Halls dark and empty. Far from the centre. No reception. Keys left on the counter. No information on where to park. It felt like a ghost town.

Great location and good value.
Pros:

I was traveling by bicycle and this property is right on the main road to/exit town. And the manager was very helpful storing the bike. The hotel also offered a very nice breakfast buffet.

Ottima posizione fronte mare, con cautela attraversando la statale. Ottima posizione per escursioni in altre spiagge, a pochi minuti dal santuario di Tindari e dai famosi laghetti di marinello. Riguardo l'hotel, personale accogliente e premurosi. Struttura pulita e camera, seppur fronte monte, molto ampia. Se vogliamo segnalare un piccolo ma ininfluente disagio, sostituirei i frigo bar con un modello più efficace (quello trovato riusciva solo a rinfrescare leggermente l'acqua)

Lo staff è veramente gentilissimo. Pulizia delle camere eccellente.

Cons:

Colazione con poca scelta anche se buona. Posizione ottima ma l' uscita dal cancello della struttura è molto pericoloso perché sulla statale.
