Pros:

O custo benefício é bom, o café da manhã é bem completo e as pessoas que trabalham lá são bem prestativas e cortezes em seus atendimentos. O estacionamento é bom também.

Cons:

A estrutura do hotel é bem velha, mobiliário desgastado e roupas de cama de microfibra cheias de bolinhas e descosturadas, furadas até! Nos andares mais altos as janelas não tem redes de proteção e a cama fica embaixo da janela, ponto importante para analisar quando você está viajando com criança.

Cons:

Nossa experiência no hotel foi bastante decepcionante.

O quarto era muito frio, a coberta fornecida era fina e insuficiente para garantir conforto térmico, e os travesseiros eram excessivamente moles. Além disso, o isolamento acústico do quarto era muito ruim. Durante a madrugada, ouvimos diversas vezes o telefone da recepção tocando, bem como as conversas da recepcionista com pessoas que ligavam e com hóspedes que chegavam ao hotel. As conversas eram mantidas em tom elevado, sem qualquer preocupação com os hóspedes que tentavam descansar.

Outro episódio bastante desagradável ocorreu no café da manhã. Nosso filho de 4 anos permaneceu dormindo no quarto, e minha esposa pegou apenas três bolachas e um pão de queijo para levar para ele. Ela foi imediatamente impedida por uma funcionária, apesar da quantidade mínima de alimentos e da evidente finalidade de atender uma criança pequena. Somente após insistir e após a funcionária consultar o gerente é que foi autorizada a levar os alimentos.
