o apartamento apresenta problemas elétricos ( luz da sala nao acendeu, a tv nao ligou, ) e apresentava também problemas de encanação ( torneiras e box do banheiro vazando )

Boa localização, bons serviços e ótima vista.

Cons:

Unidade 308 o ar condicionado da sala não funcionava e depois de vários contatos com o administrador fui realocado na unidade 626 cuja televisão da sala estava com defeito e não foi trocada. Extrema dificuldade em entrar em contato com o administrador que demonstrou má vontade e desinteresse em corrigir os problemas.

A cama que estava na sala não estava com cheiro muito bom. Tivemos que deixar a janela aberta o tempo todo, senão não dava pra ficar. Acho que seria o caso de trocar. Pq no quarto estava tudo certo

Apartamento sujos, com objetos usados como seringas do hóspede anterior, se achamos coisas usadas significa que a limpeza é precária, camas com colchões moles demais, banheiro sujo mal cheiroso e com prestobarba usado, cortina quebrada, paredes descascando, controle de TV sem funcionar , ar condicionado do antigo hiper barulhento, preferimos dormir sem usar o mesmo, e abrimos a janela porém o barulho da avenida tbm incomodou muito, porta do banheiro sem chave e precisando urgente ser trocada , pagamos um valor absurdo pela localização so pode ser pois o apartamento nao oferece conforto, falar do anfitrião que foi a pior coisa de tudo, não lhe responde com rapidez e depois da primeira queixa com ele ada mais ele respondeu, estou acostumada com anfitrião educado , solícito, que soluciona os problemas que queixarmos, porém esse anfitrião foi PÉSSIMO. NOTA 0
NÃO RETORNO E NÃO RECOMENDO . Foi avisado das crianças e pagamos por elas mas colchão pra elas ou camas nao teve . Fica aqui minha INSATISFAÇÃO TOTAL.

A localização é excelente.

Cons:

Ar condicionado parece uma turbina de avião no quarto. O ar da sala não funciona . Travesseiros velhos e duros, roupa de cama bem ruinzinha. O sofá cama estava podre, e ofereceram um colchão velho no lugar.
Tentei falar com o anfitrião, ele simplesmente parou de me responder e me ignorou. Não recomendo!

Localização é boa! Próximo tem tudo também. Mercado, padaria, patinetes elétricos, etc.

Cons:

Na acomodação poderia ter pelo menos uma airfryer, tinham apenas 2 pratos, ar condicionado estava pingando no chão do quarto, foi preciso colocar uma vasilha. Se é para mais de 2 pessoas, deveria ter mais utensílios.
