Os recepcionista estão de parabéns,super educados e atenciosos.

Cons:

A limpeza é péssima, infelizmente pagamos por um serviço muito mal feito, que tive que cobrar para ser executado,o apartamento é bom, porém os vidros muito sujos, banheiro sujo etc...
Minha única decepção em relação ao local (LIMPEZA).

O apartamento é muito aconchegante, está bem conservado e garante uma boa estadia.
Pros:

Apartamento reformado, com mobília nova.
Por ser virado para o mar, é bem arejado.
Ha utensílios básicos que garantem uma estadia confortável.
Toalhas novas e limpas.

Cons:

Não há ar condicionado na sala,
As maçanetas das portas estão aluídas,
Os travesseiros de um dos quartos são, em verdade, almofadas.

Well located, with a nice view of the sea.

Cons:

The equipment of the room is outdated and needs replacement, and the walls were dirty. The check-in process was complicated, including facial recognition registration that only sometimes worked at the entrance. The swimming pool was out of order.

Os lencçois não foram trocados, estavam tudo sujo, empoerados, as camareiras passavam somente para recolher o lixo. Arrumavam a cama e nada mais era feito. Em questao da limpeza. Nota 0.

Localização excelente, prédio fisicamente muito bom. Áreas comuns excelente.

Cons:

A conservação do apartamento 923 não está legal. A parte da cozinha está assustadoramente mal conservada. Infelizmente somente o chuveiro e os colchões podemos destacar como ponto positivo.

Quero um hotel que seja de turista com café da manhã e todo suporte .
Paguei por 3 dias .
Mas só podia fazer o check in as 15:00 horas e check-out as 12: 00 . Inadimensivel

vale pela localização e estrutura.
Pros:

A localização é muito boa e a infraestrutura do local também (piscina, restaurante, beira-mar, etc)

Cons:

Em geral, falta manutenção no quarto. Portas que não fecham, ou com dificuldade, vaso sanitário solto, peças desencaixando...
O ar condicionado atendeu razoavelmente, mesmo estando no máximo de frio do aparelho e em dias de pouco calor.

a unica coisa que presta nesse apartamento é a localização

Cons:

Aluguei o imóvel por conta da banheira, ao chegar no local a banheira não funcionava, falei com o anfitrião e o mesmo mandou cancelar a reserva e pegar outro lugar, que só poderia mandar alguem arrumar no dia seguinte. Ninguem foi arrumar... Basicamente paguei por algo que nao funcionava. Alem de disso o ar condicionado da sala mal gelava, o do quarto pior ainda... Pessima experiencia, pessimo anfitrião..
