Lack of someone on duty at night is unsatisfactory
Cons:

No staff around after 11 pm . Broken shower fitting in room . Unable to shower. No one available to assist. Left hotel at 9.15 am when there was still no member of staff around.

Fantastic stay.
Pros:

The hotel was absolutely spotless and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. We had a meal at the on site Indian restaurant,and it was perfect,the food and service was fantastic ( we could tell by the amount of locals that came here) how popular it was.Couldn't fault this place at all,and will definitely be returning.

Cons:

That they didn't serve breakfast,they'd have made a fortune if they did.

I had booked a room in March for my daughter birthday in June. Pay at property I was furious to turn up on my booking date within the check-in hrs 3pm-11:30pm turned up at the property with. My 11 year old daughter after driving for 4hrs to tell me there was no rooms available. Management was not there and just the restaurant from the staff so wasn’t helpful at all. Restaurant had to close by 12am and had to ask us to leave I was then without a place to stay with my daughter and had to contact booking.com to tell them how unprofessional and we had no where to stay after driving 4hrs. Luckily they were helpful we had booked the Holiday Inn they had 2 rooms available 0.6miles down the road we had checked in at 1am.I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! VERY UPSET DAUGHTER HAVING NO WHERE TO STAY AT THAT TIME!!

The Indian / South Asian restaurant does great food, really nice. It’s not licensed but byob is fine and a shop is 10 minutes walk away
