Pros:

Tolerable for 1 night stay but could’ve got breakfast included for a similar price at Holiday Inn.

Cons:

Didn’t offer breakfast. Reception staff more interested in chatting to family/friends on his phone than checking us in. Only 1 bath towel and no shower gel or tea bags in the room.

Hotel a short one mile walk from railway station.
Pros:

Hotel is one mile to walk away from the railway station. Checked in 2 hours before check in time, explained I did not require access to the room due to travelling up to Sunderland, explained that I would not be back until 2am so required a key to access the hotel and my room. The woman on the desk explained that the hotel had a locked side door to the hotel and there was a key attached to my room key so I could access, I got back to the hotel at 2:30am, got into the hotel, no issues, hotel was quiet all night, I felt like I was the only one there 😁 Room was clean, tidy, no issues. I would stay there again

Pros:

Not the smartest hotel but perfectly fine for a one-night stay. It was easy to find with plenty of free parking, the room was clean although the decor was a bit dated, it was quiet and overall pretty much what we expected for the price.

Not the best..
Pros:

It was convenient for what I needed

Cons:

It's smelly from the restaurant was in the room and followed me all day. The bed was uncomfortable and the window didn't close properly. Overall overpriced for what it is
