Joyful Stay at BaseCamp Hotel
Pros:

The hospitality of the hotel stuffs and great Matterhorn view from balcony. The mountain and hiking theme of the hotel very interesting and meaningful.

Cons:

Not that close to Zermatt railway station but hotel provide a good guidance on the most comfortable path to the hotel.

マッターホルンビューの部屋を予約してたが、前にある建物で隠れて見えず、ベランダの端っこに行けばギリ見える部屋だった点が少し残念だった、部屋番号は24番

Pros:

Everything was fantastic! The location was perfect to get a view of the Matterhorn. The staff were really kind at all times. The rooms were quite spacious and lots of legroom after keeping luggage. The breakfast was so nice! Lots of variety in food for vegetarian. They have a taxi service to help with the luggage for a small fee as it is a 10 minute uphill walk from the train station.

Pros:

Great location if you are looking for some peace in Zermatt. The room was spacious and had a great view of the Mattarhorn from the balcony. Good breakfast, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
