The Matterhorn from your balcony sums it up!
Pros:

Amazing! Everything was at it was published. And loved that we can see the Matterhorn right from our balcony! The staff were always in good spirits and helpful. Loved the breakfast spread. Too bad we only stayed for a night!

Cons:

It’s a little bit too far for walk from the train station with luggages, but glad there’s buggy option which we talk on the way back.

登り坂さえ超えれば快適な部屋が待っている
Pros:

部屋の中は快適だった。マッターホルンが少しではあるがテラスから見えるのも良かった。

Cons:

ツェルマットの駅から歩く場合は、かなりの登り坂を重い荷物を引いて登ることになるので相当しんどかった。食事や買い物に行くのもメインストリートになるので、行きは下りで良いが帰りは荷物が多いと結構な体力を必要とすると思う。あと料金がちょっと高いかな。

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au Basecamp hôtel. Les chambres sont très confortables et grandes avec une atmosphère alpinisme et une superbe vue sur le Cervin. L'hôtel est un petit peu à l'écart des rues principales de Zermatt ce qui est agréable. Le petit déjeuner est très complet et très bon. Ce sera sans aucun doute notre Basecamp pour un prochain séjour à Zermatt
