Beautiful view, needs a lot of TLC.

The view from the terrace was beautiful and arguably the best thing about the location
The staff were genuine and kind people.

Cons:

The bed was unfortunately rock hard and the pillows were really flat. The skirting boards were coming away from the wall and the shower head needed some TLC. The air conditioning unit was detached so leaked water all over the terrace which made it dangerously slippy.
The system for getting back into the building after 11 didn’t work. Granted after we pointed this out they left the door open for us.
We also booked a large double which I would argue this wasn’t but the terrace made up for this.

Camera fatiscente, con scritte sui muri, questi ultimi scrostati. Aria condizionata non funzionante, a metà notte ci siamo ritrovati allagati per colpa delle perdite del condizionatore. Ambienti sporchi

Receptionist sempre molto cordiali e disponibili. La nostra camera dava sul verde ed è stato carino svegliarsi così. Ottima posizione in piazza d'Azeglio dove c'è la fermata degli autobus per raggiungere facilmente il lido di Camaiore. La struttura è a un paio di minuti dal mare e dal lungomare

Cons:

L'intonaco del tetto del bagno era rovinato, la doccia un po' vecchiotta. Al rientro di notte abbiamo visto un grosso scarafaggio in reception che ci ha fatte preoccupare un po' ma in camera tutto bene. Tuttavia questa cosa ci ha scoraggiate dal prendere la colazione il giorno dopo
