Single room rate too high. Please sort the extractor fan out.
Pros:

I was walking Lands End to John o’Groats so the location was perfect right on the Great Glen Way.
The shower was very nice.
The IPA on tap was super.

Cons:

£123.75 for a single room only basis represented poor value for money.
Dreadful din of the kitchen extractor fan outside my window.
Very expensive breakfast £19 only being permitted to choose one cooked dish off the menu. No juices, no cereal, no yogurts, no fruit, no croissants or pastries.
I needed to get some calories in and this wasn't possible here. By contrast, my next stop at Alltsigh provided me with an all you can eat continental breakfast for £4 which was superb.

Pros:

Very pleasant and comfortable place to stay. Lovely staff and rooms are very well put together

Cons:

Prices in the summer can be extortionate for the level of hotel it is. Its very nice but when theres rooms for £200+ a night it gets a bit silly

A pleasant stay with a couple of issues.
Pros:

Lovely staff and a pretty location

Cons:

Steep narrow staircase to second floor rooms.
Very expensive breakfast - just a plate of cooked food and a hot drink. Juice, cereal and toast were all extra.

Lovely views
Pros:

Great location, bed was comfy (small single) ,check in quick. Room had nice shower with string pressure, lovely view, TV etc

Cons:

Room could have been laid out a little better . TV was next to the head of the bed making it difficult to watch. Traffic noise quite loud as was passing
