Der Mitarbeiter des Hotels war sehr nett.
Pros:

Die Größe des Zimmers für mich alleine, und die Sauberkeit des Zimmers!
Die Matratze des Bettes war super!

Cons:

Ich war in einem Dreibettzimmer alleine und konnte es nicht mehr stornieren, (habe die Zeit verpasst) und habe 140€ ohne Frühstück bezahlt.
Vieles war im Zimmer nicht in Ordnung. Am Kühlschrank war das Schild: Kühlschrank defekt und das bei der Hitze!
An einem Fenster war der Griff ab und lag daneben.; in der Dusche war die Halterung lose und fiel ab. Die Nachttischlampe funktionierte nicht.
Das Zimmer war zur Straße hin, und war sehr laut!

Das Hotel Sedes bietet preiswerte Unterkunft für Touristen und Geschäftsreisen (Montage).
Sehr gut, dass man kostenfrei parken kann.
In meinem Zimmer gab es außerdem eine kleine Pantry, für die man sich eine Ausstattung an der Rezeption hätte besorgen können. Ein Extra, das man bei längeren Aufenthalten gut nutzen könnte.
Man konnte sich an der Rezeption eine Tageszeitung nehmen. Das Frühstück war ok.

Cons:

Die Dusche in einer Badewanne mit einem Vorhang ist nicht mehr ganz zeitgemäß. Müsste man für alte oder gehbehinderte Menschen auch extra erwähnen, finde ich.

Pros:

Alles super. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, und wie eine Wohnung aufgebaut. Ich hatte einen kleinen Flur mit Kühlschrank, von da aus ging eine Tür ins Bad und eine Tür ins eigentliche Zimmer. Alles sauber nichts zu beklagen. Frühstück auch gut, auf Wunsch bekommt man frisches Rührei oder andere Eier Speisen, jedoch wie in jedem Hotel viel zu teuer. Ich esse morgens halt nicht viel, dafür 15 Euro ist halt ärgerlich.

Zum Parken fährt man vorne (LINKS neben dem Haupteingang) durch eine Einfahrt, (Tunnel durchs Haus) auf den Parkplatz, es ist nicht ganz ersichtlich aber alle Parkplätze bis zur Schranke gehören dem Hotel. Es sind nicht sonderlich viele also möglichst früh anreisen wenn man Parken muss. Vermute zirka 10 bis 20 Parkplätze waren es und an der Rezeption muss man einen Parkausweis holen.

Die Lage ist nichts besonderes, es gibt in kurzer Entfernung eine Bus Haltestelle die man in weniger als 2 bis 3 Minuten erreicht.
Auch in der Nähe ist ein McDonalds und eine Tankstelle. Jedoch für Berliner Verhältnisse habe ich mich dort auch bei Rückkehr in der Nacht sicher gefühlt.

Sehr ruhige Lage. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sehr groß. Und das Frühstück war ausreichend und gut sortiert. Der Kaffee sehr lecker

Pros:

Die Ausstattung ist einfach aber zweckmäßig. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der vollwertige Kühlschrank im Zimmer, den man sonst in Hotelzimmern nicht hat und der kostenlose Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hotel.

Cons:

Aufgrund der Lage an der Hauptstraße ist ein Lüften des Zimmers oder Schlafen bei offenen Fenster (so wie ich es gewohnt bin) nur mit entsprechender Lautstärke möglich. Durch die Jahreszeit hat sich das Zimmer auch bei tagsüber geschlossenen Vorhängen sehr aufgeheizt. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts.
