A good place to stay. We would definitely choose it again.
Pros:

The staff were super nice.
The breakfast was very tasty with a good choice of breads, cheese, ham, sweets, cereals.
They have a couple of parking places for hotel guests.
The price/services ratio is very good.

Cons:

The hotel is located away from the center on a rather busy street so that the cars were a bit loud.
The subway and streetcars are a 15 minutes walk but there is a bus stop nearby.
There were no pots and pans---one needs to ask for them at the reception desk.

Wir waren zufrieden, denn wir kannnten den Preis und die Lage.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer und angrenzende Räume (Frühstücksraum, gutes ausreichendes Frühstück, kostenfreie Parkplätze am Hotel.

Cons:

kein unmittelbarer Anschluss an ÖPV, Sanitärbereich zwar sauber, aber zumindest die Dusche bedarf einer Überholung.

So ein richtiges unprätentiöses Guter-Gern-Aufenthalts-Hotel!
Pros:

Obwohl das Zimmer Strassenseitig war, kam kaum ein Lärm durch die großen hellen Fenstern. Die Ausstattung ist funktionsgerecht für Businessreisen mit allem technischen Komfort den es dazu braucht.
Das Frühstück und die Atmosphäre im Loungebereich sind funktional und sehr angenehm. Das Frühstück selbst erfrischend reichhaltig und ausgewogen im Angebot. Zusatzwünsche werden gern erfüllt.
Die persönliche Atmosphäre die das Hotelpersonal generiert läßt auf eine sehr gute Unternehmens- und Führungskultur schließen.
Die Erreichbarkeit ist mit auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln recht gut. Zwar ist. man nicht inmitten eines pulsierenden (Nacht)Lebens, was dafür der Erholung nach einem intensiven Businesstag oder Shopping-/Sightseeing Tag umso mehr geschätzt wird.
Ach ja, und das die Rezeption 24h besetzt ist freut einen besonders, wenn man nachts noch eine Absacken oder ein kleines Gespräch mit netten Menschen "braucht".
Man merkt jedenfalls, dass das Haus privat und persönlich geführt ist und nicht nach Schema-Große-Kette!

Da fällt mir echt nichts ein zu; Das Besondere ist: das es richtig gut das tut was es ist!

Sehr nettes Personal, Probleme wurden sofort gelöst.
Die Zimmer sind schlicht eingerichtet, die Betten aber sehr bequem.
Gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück inklusiver nach Wunsch frisch zubereiteter Eierspeisen (Rührei, Spiegelei etc.).
Für Berlin auch außergewöhnlich: kostenloser Parkplatz.

Cons:

Hatten Zimmer zur Straße. War, auch Nachts, etwas laut.

Praktisch sauber und gutes Frühstück
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt an einer Ausfallstraße von Berlin. Mit dem PKW prima zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war im Hinterhof und dadurch sehr ruhig. Insgesamt sehr angenehm. Sehr umfangreiches und gutes Frühstück.
