Un acierto seguro
Pros:

El lugar es precioso, tranquilo y cerca de todo. El servicio al cliente muy bueno, son muy agradables y simpáticos, comentamos que era nuestra luna de miel y nos dejaron un agradable detalle! Además tiene un propio pointview del Mt Fuji increíble!!!! Nos hubiéramos quedado mas días!

Restful stay touring around Mount Fuji, we looked forward to returning to our room in the evenings.
Pros:

It’s a beautiful resort with views of Mount Fuji. Facilities were very clean and we loved the bathroom with the mineral bath. We purchased the breakfasts for both mornings and were pleasantly surprised by the selections provided. Conveniently close to the train and bus station.

Pros:

Tutto perfetto. Abbiamo passato qui un paio di notti per la nostra luna di miele e Il personale, molto gentile, ci ha fatto trovare un piccola sorpresa per l’occasione. Tutto estremamente pulito e ordinato. La mattina abbiamo fatto colazione in giardino con vista Fuji.

We will definitely come back!
Pros:

This place is perfect: just 5 min away from Fujikawaguchiko station, rooms are big and comfortable with free drinks and a very nice bath, the garden is beautiful. But the best thing this hotel has is their own Mt Fuji viewpoint, you dont need to go out to have a perfect place to take pictures and to enjoy the view.

Great experience!
Pros:

- Great location, approximately 5-10mins walk from Kawaguchiko station.
- Has a viewpoint of Mt Fuji with beautiful, well maintained gardens. Unexpected highlight of our trip was taking photos around the villa grounds with the colorful yukatas provided (free subjected to availability).
- Spacious room with a small garden. Peaceful atmosphere. Bed and futon option available.
- Communal coin washer and dryer available.
- Staff were nice and some spoke English. They allowed us to store our luggage before check in and after check out on the day.
Would recommend. Thank you!

Cons:

- Small issue but can’t run hot water to fill the tub and hot shower water together at the same time. The pressure decreases.

Wünderschöne, mit viel liebe gestaltete Anlage! Auch unser Zimmer war genial eingerichtet.

Nao temos palavras para descrever. Local extremamente lindo, a vista é perfeita. O atendimento desde a chegada é perfeito. A hospedagem é ampla com jardim privativo e banheira privativa também.
