Amazing hotel. Nothing to fault. The only place i would stay in danang

Everything. After moving from another two
Hotels that disappointed.
This was the perfect place.
Cant fault anything.

Cons:

The location is a little bit out of the main beach part but thats okay.

Beautiful view - be careful of humidity issues
Pros:

I liked the view to the public beach, high floor room was great. Bed was comfortable as well as pillows.

Cons:

Room was mouldy. There had propably been a water leakage, which left walls mouldy.
Got to change to 2nd room, but it had the same problem, less smelly, less visible though.
Pool is very small, need to cross the road to access the beach and walk 700m to reach to beach chair rental/bar.

Clean, good location

Cons:

Lift take long time, stop every level. Check in too so long time as first staff cannot find the booking in system. Senior staff came and solved the issue nicely and friendly but still took very long to wait.

Terrible coordination between staff and restaurant
Pros:

great hotel with good view. Extremely bad service from the restaurant. no coordination between the restaurant and the reception staff. they expect us customers to coordinate for them. terrible food service in terms of getting the food charged to the room, food not bad but terrible terrible arrogance from the restaurant staff. as a vegetarian, very less options but that’s not a major issue.
