The hospitality of the staff. The friendliness and always happy to assist. The housekeeping crew did a great job cleaning our room daily throughout our 4night stay. When we wanted to go to the beach, the front office staff told us that they will prepare beach towels for us to pick up from their counter instead of us having to head up to pool level. Also, upon returning from the beach, the lobby staff immediately came over to take our beach towels from us. That's a very nice gesture . Small little things counts. There's also a minimart and massage available just outside hotel entrance.
The hardware of the property. Everything looks dated especially the bathroom. The shower head didn't work properly when we first arrived. The water pressure was weak too. But like what i mentioned, the attentiveness of the staff members made up for all the shortfalls. Engineering staff came within 10mins to fix the problems .
Das Hotel ist sehr gut und liegt zentral an der Strandpromenade in Da Nang. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Im 36. Stk. gibt es einen Pool und eine Bar mit Blick über Da Nang, vor allem bei Nacht sehr beeindruckend. Im 35. Stk. befindet sich das relativ gut ausgestattete Fitness-Studio. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist wirklich außerordentlich. Das Personal ist rundum freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt eine große Anzahl an Restaurants, Coffeebars, Massagestudios und vieles mehr in der näheren Umgebung.

The room smells of damp . We had 3 rooms booked and all smelled of extreme damp . Otherwise and ok hotel
Damp smell
Great sized room in a good location. The beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful.
Coffee was just warm. There were always queues. With only one machine, for the size of the hotel they should have more. The one they did have was slow. However, the thing that lets this hotel down the most is the lifts. At peak times you could be waiting several minutes for a lift.
