Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18% .To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IGV), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

Esta bien para descansar

Buena ubicacion

Cons:

No tenía teléfono en la habitación para llamar a recepción. La cochera no esta dentro del hotel. El equipo de aire acondicionado estaba fallando equipo ya para cambio.
Pero lo más feo fue que no tuvieran cuidado con sus equipos que dan en calidad de préstamo. Solicite préstamo de una plancha de ropa ya que estaba de viaje y no contaba con una. Y resultó que la plancha tenía mucha tela antigua quemada y pegada así que también fue error mio y termine malogrando una camisa.

Con lo demás esta bien para el precio.

HICE LA RESERVA POR BOOKING Y ANTES DE LLEGAR A LA CIUDAD DE PIURA, TENIA UNOS MSJS POR WHATSAPP DONDE ME PEDIAN LA COFIRMACION DE LA RESERVA, EN ESE MOMENTO RESPONDI QUE SI ESTABAMOS LLEGANDO, PERO NOS RESPONDIERON QUE COMO NO CONFIRME EN ESE MOMENTO CEDIERON ESAS HABITACIONES, LO CUAL NO NOS PARECIO CORRECTO, PORQUE NOSOTROS AL HACER LA RESERVA POR BOOKING YA TENEMOS UN NUMERO DE CONFIRMACION, NO DEBERIAMOS CONFIRMAR NUEVAMENTE CON EL HOTEL.

LLEGAR CANSADO Y BUSCAR OTRAS OPCIONES EN ESE MOMENTO ES INCOMODO.

El desayuno es muy bueno, los demás platos también y los postres. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, es una zona muy tranquila y acogedora.

Es un lugar pequeño, pero agradable, fuera de todo el bullicio del centro de la ciudad. Están haciendo algunos arreglos pero nada que te perturbe. Tienes de cerca centros comerciales, restaurantes, tiendas, dulcerias. Entre otros... Por el precio el valor percibido es excelente... Gracias

Quizá la remodelación, o el aire acondicionado un poquito ruidoso, por lo demás todo muy bien.
