Gera vieta. Švaru. Personalas malonus. Galima naudotis kavos aparatu visą dieną. Įėjimas į pastatą su kodu. Leido pasinaudoti net vyno taurėmis

Cons:

Registratūroje visą parą darbuotojo nėra. Šiek tiek turėjome keblumų su spyna ryte. Sulaukus darbuotojo viskas tapo aiškiau. Šampūno nebuvo, naudojome dušo ir rankų želė.

Pros:

Super séjour dans ce petit hôtel familial , tout était parfait , l’accueil génial des personnes adorables et disponibles , le café et petite pâtisseries offertes , ils nous ont garder nos affaires avant le check in et après le check out. L’hôtel est très bien situé à 5min à pied de la Rua Catarina

Pros:

Hotel situato nel centro di Porto, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla via principale.
Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile, cercando di andare incontro a qualsiasi esigenza.
Anche se non avevamo la colazione inclusa, abbiamo avuto la possibilità di usufruire della sala colazioni per un caffè e una fetta di torta, tutto offerto dall'Hotel.

Cons:

Al nostro arrivo abbiamo dovuto attendere diversi minuti per entrare nella struttura poiché non c'era nessuno in reception.
La pulizia può essere migliorata, le lenzuola erano macchiate e nel bagno il primo giorno abbiamo trovato diversi capelli e macchie nella doccia. Inoltre, il bagno è piccolo, soprattutto il lavello.

Heerlijke bedden, centraal gelegen hotel. Aanrader!
Pros:

Suuuuuper goede bedden. We vroegen om de geboekte bedden om te wisselen naar een andere soort bedden en ze hebben dat vlot in orde gebracht. Vlot onthaal, to the point, geen onnodige poespas. Spontaan tafeltjes voorzien door poets om valies op te leggen. Heel proactief en vriendelijk onderhoudspersoneel.

Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo
Pros:

Abbiamo particolarmente gradito che, una volta arrivati, lo staff ci ha riforniti di cartina e di indicazioni per girare Porto in tutta tranquillità, senza temere le sue salite. Siamo riusciti ad ottimizzare così i tempi al meglio! La struttura é in una posizione abbastanza comoda per visitare la città camminando.

Cons:

L’hotel dall’esterno non era molto visibile. La nostra camera era ampia e spaziosa ma molto calda, essendo sotto tetto, per fortuna con l’aria condizionata non abbiamo avuto problemi.
