Pros:

Localização e tratamento dos funcionários muito excepcional. O quarto também é bem amplo

Cons:

A única ressalva é que o ar condicionado não dá conta do quarto, precisa de uma maior potência. Em tempos amenos não é um problema

Upea sijainti, siisti ja hiljainen majoitus, mukavat sängyt ja tyynyt, aamupala viereisessä kahvilassa hyvä, tervetulo kuohuviini. Parasta sijainti!

Bonne localisation mais très sombre
Pros:

Le personnel est absolument adorable, bravo à eux !
La localisation est impeccable, tout est très propre.

Cons:

La chambre était située au 1er étage, donnant sur une toute petite cour intérieure peu agréable, ce qui entraînait une quasi-absence de lumière naturelle. C'était assez dérangeant et donnait une impression de pièce sombre tout au long de la journée.

Pour compenser ce manque de luminosité, un éclairage plus chaleureux aurait été appréciable. Malheureusement, toutes les lampes étaient équipées d'ampoules à lumière très blanche et froide, ce qui renforçait encore le manque de confort et d'ambiance dans la chambre.

Really enjoyed our stay here, excellent location and lovely room. Staff were super helpful too.
Pros:

Amazing location overlooking the Palace. Room spacious and characterful with nice touches of free drinks in the fridge.

Cons:

Bed mattress and pillow were very firm. Nice for some but not me.

Agradable hotel céntrico en Madrid
Pros:

Es un hotel muy céntrico para la zona de la Plaza de Oriente, y pese a ello tranquilo y limpio.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son muy diferentes. Esta vez era pequeña, daba a un patio interior y era algo ruidosa cuando los vecinos de habitaciones pasaban o hablaban por el pasillo.

Idéal pour un séjour madrilène
Pros:

Appartement très charmant, idéalement situé.
Tout était parfait . Le petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux.

Cons:

Seul petit bémol, les rideaux ne sont pas occultants, donc nous nous sommes réveillés avec le soleil

Siempre me ha gustado este hotel lastimosamente no consegui la ventana exterior de siempre y eso me preocupaba pero nada de eso la habitacion era muy amplia la ventana estaba intenrior primer piso y estuvo maravillosa, los detalles que tienen el desayuno español era espectacular a precio excelente la verdad siempre es maravilloso hospedarse con ustedes
