I would not stay here again.
Pros:

It was less expensive than some other hotels. The bed was comfortable. The room was adequately clean. Secure with code to enter the hotel from the street.

Cons:

Surrounded by a large homeless population. Noisy sports bar across the street. Parking was in a costly and confusing parking garage a couple of blocks away. The shower door would not shut. Very small bathroom with very tiny sink.

スタッフの人がみんなフレンドリーで親切
清掃に入ってもらわなくてもタオルやお水などのアメニティを都度言えばもらえた
セキュリティがしっかりしている
コーヒーやお湯が使い放題でおいしかった
枕元の近くにコンセントがあった
ヒーターがついており、濡れたものがすぐに乾かせた

Cons:

部屋に姿見があれば良かった
部屋に冷蔵庫がない
トイレの扉やシャワーの扉が閉まりきらず、ちょっとだけ空いてしまう

とても良かった、
Pros:

オーナーの方の対応が親切でした。
立地がよく、いろいろなところへのアクセスが良かった。

Cons:

出入り口にジャンキーがいたこと。入りづらい時が多々あった。
ワールドカップという時期もあり、斜向かいのスポーツバーが夜遅くまでうるさかった。

Rapport qualité-prix.

Cons:

Chambre située au 2e étage directement sur SteCatherine. Les ouvriers de la ville nettoyaient la rue @7h le matin et à répétition. C'était extrêmement bruyant.

Clean and functional room without frills at terrific location.
Pros:

Place was very clean and staff was responsive to requests to do or not do certain cleaning. Great location, though susceptible to homeless vagrants below. Bed very firm. Slept well. Good water pressure.

Cons:

I requested a room as far from street noise as possible. I got the opposite. Sink so small, couldn't wash my face without spilling water on floor. No reading light for bed. No one on duty til 11AM.

It was okay, everything around downtown is on walkable distance.
Pros:

Location is good to see nearby attractions but its in the downtown so you need to be careful of drug addicts and homeless people.

Cons:

Washroom was very small like 6ft by 3 ft. Looks like previously they had Almirah, and then they just removed its sliding door and make it a washroom.

Great value
Pros:

The bed was clean and comfortable as was the bathroom. The place was great considering the low cost. It's only a short walk to lots of restaurants and public transit.

Cons:

There is no A/C or fan in the room so it was quite hot. It would be tough if it were any hotter.

Bonne nuit dans une chambre propre et bien agencée.
Pros:

Le confort et la propreté de la chambre (303), très agréable. Surprise positive par rapport à la vétusté générale des communs (cf la porte d'entrée)

Cons:

Notre arrivée : porte d'entrée taguée qu'on a eu du mal à repérer + escaliers vétuste et sale.
