Pros:

Alles schon etwas älter aber fanden das Hotel an sich ganz schön

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war leider an der Hauptstraße,
Wurden so zwischen 7-8 geweckt von den Autos die draußen hupen danach war das einschlafen etwas schwierig

Ok für kurze Aufenthalte
Pros:

Grundsätzlich gepflegt und ordentlich. Eher für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp oder Geschäftsreisen geeignet. Für Entspannung und Urlaub Lage und Komfort im Hotel für mich nicht ausreichend.

Cons:

Es verspricht mit den Namen „Kunstquartier“ mehr als es ist. Ein Kunstquartier gibt es dort nicht. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer vielbefahren Straße. Abends ist die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt. Ich bin um 17:30 Uhr angekommen, da war schon niemand mehr da. Zudem waren alle Lichter ausgeschaltet, das war schon etwas unangenehm. Im Dunkeln stand ein Mann (es war ein anderer Gast, wie im am nächsten Morgen festgestellt habe), der allerdings keinen Ton gesagt hat. Als alleinreisende Frau nicht wirklich angenehm. Das Licht rund um die Rezeption anzulassen, würde den Eindruck schon verbessern. Mein Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss und führte direkt auf den Parkplatz. Tür offen stehen lassen ging daher leider nicht, da jeder reingucken konnte. Vor dem Fenster an der anderen Ecke des Zimmers, habe andere Gäste geraucht. Zudem ging es ebenfalls zum Parkplatz. Nicht wirklich zum Wohlfühlen. Das Bett war leider nach meinem Empfinden sehr hart, so dass ich sehr schlecht geschlafen habe. Das ganze für 250€ pro Nacht, war nicht wirklich gerechtfertigt, auch wenn Messe war. Frühstück für 24€ zu teuer. Dafür war das Angebot nicht groß genug.

המלון מהאכזבים ביותר שהתארחתי בהם. התחושה הכללית מאוד מיושנת ומוזנחת, כאילו המקום לא עבר שיפוץ עשרות שנים. החדרים והשטחים הציבוריים ברמה בסיסית מאוד, אין מעלית, והאווירה הכללית רחוקה מאוד ממה שמצופה ממלון שגובה כ־300 אירו ללילה. מבחינת התמורה למחיר — מדובר בפער גדול מאוד.

נקודת האור היחידה הייתה צוות המלון — העובדים היו אדיבים, נעימים ונתנו שירות טוב ככל שיכלו. גם ארוחת הבוקר הייתה בסגנון “בריא”, אך מאוד דלה ביחס למחיר של כ־24 אירו לאדם.

בנוסף, המיקום בעייתי מאוד — האזור שקט מדי, כמעט בלי מסעדות, חנויות או משהו מעניין בקרבת מקום.

לדעתי, המלון יכול להתאים רק למי שחייב להיות ספציפית באזור ואין לו חלופה אחרת. במחיר גבוה מ־50 אירו ללילה קשה מאוד להצדיק את התמורה.
