Cons:

The staff in llama bar upstairs were not very welcoming and bordered on arrogant and rude. There were two of us and we asked to grab a drink outside - there were available tables but we were told we had to stand at a high bar table. The tables around us remained empty for the duration we were outside having a drink.

Amazing
Pros:

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Morgan and Sophie at reception. They were both so friendly, kind, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they always greeted everyone with a smile. Their positive attitude and genuine care really stood out and made the whole experience even better. Couldn’t have asked for better service!

Great experience!
Pros:

We loved the staff , the hotel was lovely

Staff were fantastic, Iona and Che really friendly and approachable.
The whole hotel including the room was spotless, air conditioning worked very well, had useful basic facilities such as a kettle, tea, coffee and is located in a nice area.
Rooftop terrace has a beautiful view, it does close early though.
