The Hoxton, Holborn

Location was great, food/drinks in lobby, stylish, friendly staff, soap was excellent, and shower was strong & easy to use.

Great location, nice lobby area, convenient room

The lobby was quite popular with locals as a work space and it made me feel comfortable that the hotel had a great, welcoming reputation. The hotel was convenient to 2 tube stations making exploring the city very convenient! The staff were very helpful (shout out to Neinke, Omar, and Kripali for their assistance).

Loved the Hoxton Holborn, very central location. Rooms were cozy and stylish, staff were super friendly. Walked to dinner and to a show and back, felt very safe. Had one of our rooms available for early check in which was very appreciated.

I can’t find anything that I didn’t love about this hotel stay. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by warm staff members, especially, Sophie, who continued to assist us with recommendations throughout the rest of our stay. The accommodations were comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. We thoroughly enjoyed the very large lobby space with its comfortable areas to relax and socialize. We also enjoyed the bar and dining options. The prices for everything were very reasonable. It was a comfortable place to stay and the location was perfect for us. We felt safe walking to shows and restaurants and found the area easy to navigate. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit and will recommend the Hoxton in Holburn.

Sophie did an amazing job and was very helpful during our stay. There were a couple of gents on the evening shift who helped enormously when my wife broke her arm. The restaraunt personnel were also quite good. The room was well appointed and the bed was suberb and allowed us to sleep beautifully for 12 hours after our day one flight. Thank y'all very much! Stayed July 25 & 26 in 2026. Room was as expected at a Hotxton, but hotel lobby was problematic. Don’t recommend. Won’t return.
The hotel lobby, the entrance to the hotel is more like a work space for students and remote workers than it is a hotel lobby. My husband and I sat down to have a coffee in the hotel lobby/entrance and firstly we found it difficult to find a seat - chair or sofa to sit in. The hotel staff told us that the sofa’s were dedicated for laptop users and we could sit by the bar, but several people on laptops (working - in online meetings) were also sat at the bar. We ordered two coffees and I had a little
Chocolate in my handbag that I took out to eat. I was told by a security guard not to eat food that has not been purchased in the hotel. The reason we sat in the lobby was because our room had not been cleaned. Apparently if you want your room cleaning you have to request it - that’s ok, but when we sat in the lobby we were made to feel and felt far from comfortable.
If you want to have a work space for the day or evening - free WiFi, free water, reasonably priced coffee, a good sofa and nice toilets - the hotel lobby is your place! Looking for a hotel
Lobby/entrance that is welcoming, where you can get a comfortable seat and a drink and relax, and that “feels like home away from home” - avoid at all costs.

Had an amazing girls trip to london, beds are extremely comfy although the rooms are a little small. Shoutout to Sophie for being super kind and chatting to us everyday!

Our experience at the hoxton was wonderful! Upon check in we were greeted by Sophie and she was so kind and wonderful. She helped us start our trip off great. The rooms were super cute and clean! We would definitely stay here again.

Have stayed here a number of times & won’t stay here again. The rooms are so small - there’s nowhere to put a suitcase & hang any clothes. The bathroom was super small & constantly smelt of damp/wet towels. The shower system is ridiculous - so complicated & 90% of the time there was no hot water. The bar downstairs is seriously overpriced & so full of people working on laptops - really unpleasant - won’t be returning
