Location is nice and reception was very prompt. The pool was across the street. It's a good addition and I enjoyed that.
This hotel is very dated. The room condition is very poor. Air conditioning was not working well. They did not have soaps and toiletries in the washroom until we asked. They still have a lock and key system. The room's was not comfortable, it seemed like someone smoked in the room, very strong odour in there, although all rooms are non-smoking. In the lobby there were people smoking and really ruined the enviornment. The buffet breakfast was not very... It's a very boring menu considering the cost. I know they wanted to keep that traditional style of Fes, but the rooms should be better. The tub was really old and unsafe to get into and the water would spill out.

Pas de service à l arrivée du client, le bar qui est ouvert et les enfants peuvent être avec des adultes alcoolisés!? Leurs nourriture nous a rendue malades 🤮

Ne prend pas la carte bancaire ni au restaurant ni au bar. Dans un hôtel qui reçoit des touristes c'est quand même pas pratique du tout.
Un petit support sur le balcon pour sécher les maillots de bain serait super
