Bad start . I was overcharged.
Pros:

I liked the hotel.

Cons:

The hotel charged me £165 initially instead of £95 per booking.com. when I queried it, they said they would refund £165 but I needed to pay the £95. I am still waiting for the refund. They should have just refunded the difference - or better still, charged the right amount to start with!

Beautiful Hotel with Spectacular Breakfast and Excellent Service
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Shenzhen Airport on 11 May. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very comfortable. Everything from the atmosphere to the cleanliness was excellent. The breakfast was spectacular, with a wide variety of delicious options. The location is also perfect for airport travellers and made my journey much easier. Overall, an amazing experience and I would happily stay again.

Pros:

Локация, супер, проснулся и вышел в аэропорт! Не хватает правда указателей, куда идти, когда уезжаешь рано утром, а персонала нет. На завтрак не попали, оценить не можем.

Cons:

Входная дверь в отель, приехали с 1000 пакетами, надо самим открывать дверь

Fabulous luxurious stay, just what you need before a long haul.
Pros:

Very comfortable room, had the best night sleep. Amazing buffet and just a 3 min walk from the arrivals. Staff were very helpful and courteous. And the breakfast was a culinary experience - amazing!

Excellent hotel for easy airport access
Pros:

Great location (easy to walk to from the airport, with clear signs to navigate). Staff helped us check-in at 12:30am with no issues. Our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Outstanding breakfast buffet with lots of Western and Chinese dishes.

Cons:

Some noise from the airport (true of any airport hotel, and earplugs were helpfully provided).

Pros:
