Staff were attentive and are experts in their respective fields.
The bathtub a bit too night to go in and out. Definitely need a, small step to get in and out without fear of slipping or falling
As always, this hotel impresses me with its service. The hotel staff are wonderful, passionate about their work and their guests, and dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction. (Adil and Admoura are prime examples of ideal staff.) A heartfelt thank you for the early chek in and late check-out.
A small note to the hotel management: In the morning, there was an annoying noise that repeated every few minutes. I don't know the source, but I think it was during the cleaning of the adjacent rooms (the sound was similar to a door slamming).
The room was comfortable and the loaction was amazing right inside the mall, staff were very helpful and assisted me quickly whenever I needed the breakfast was ok. The Wi-Fi was good, no issues with internet
The breakfast could have had more variety especially fruits and the warm foods for Breakfast was mostly Indian food consider more international breakfast menu. Also the room Service menu was very limited so unfortunately I did not order food for room Service.

If you decide to have a breakfast at the hotel you should bring your card with you because they didn’t accept to pay later or you should take a reception approval.
Everything was amazing and peaceful. I would definitely come again whenever I need to chill and relax my mind in a peaceful environment.

The room was very spacious with a large bed with sockets on each side of the bed. The bathroom was also large. The hotel is connected directly to the Deira mall and the metro station through the mall is only a fee minutes walk. The staff were friendly especially the staff on the ground floor which were always pleasant and helpful.
The only thing is that the bathroom door seal was not serving its purpose which lead to the water always leaking on the floor each time we showered.
The location is super exciting 😃, the staff are welcoming, the breakfast is great 👍 and very comfortable and neat room.
