While the staff were courteous and helpful, the overall stay was good.

This hotel has direct access from Hotel’s second floor to the Deira City Centre Mall and its convenient location close to the DXB.

Pros:

Price was affordable, spacious room and very lovely friendly staff

Cons:

Carpet throughout the hotel was stained and looked dirty, breakfast options were abysmal, and lastly the bathroom fixture literally fell apart while I was taking a shower.

Aloft by marriott, gracious service with all around convenience
Pros:

the staff was very efficient and well mannered. we were able to check-in in a very speedy manner. although we arrived very early, we were given a room immediately. it is connected to city center mall, near the metro station with numerous access for parking. getting around, shopping and meeting with business contacts was very convenient.
