Pros:

We got the 2 bed with pull.out sofa it was perfect size for our big family. The room was very clean. The desk clerk.was the sweetest. Anything we needed she was glad to help. Excellent customer service.

Cons:

Parking. Charged for parking even though we parked on street one night. Parking garage was closed unless you went to office for pass. At midnight??
