Fantastic location and great breakfast
Pros:

Great room! - staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic best we have had at a resort like this

Very pleasant time, would stay again.
Pros:

Staff very quick to response, helpful, able to answer all questions. Also quick to help with continental breakfast keeping supplies stocked.

Not clean.
Pros:

The gentleman who checked us in was great and the only saving grace of my review.

Cons:

My son needed the pull out bed. When we went to use it at 10 pm after my baby was already asleep, it was covered in clumps of hair, dirt and crumbs. I couldn’t sleep all night because of how we had to sleep. Very disappointed. I would have asked to change rooms if I hadn’t already gotten my youngest to sleep!

O quarto é espaçoso, a cozinha bem completa com eletrodomésticos grandes e de boa qualidade, ideal para quem deseja uma estadia longa. Com um sofá e mesa de trabalho confortável. Boa localização.

Cons:

De acordo com as regras do hotel, a limpeza e troca de toalhas é feita em dias alternados. Mas no nosso caso, fizeram a limpeza apenas no terceiro dia da estadia, isso porque solicitamos.

Pros:

This facility really exceeded my expectations. I was amazed at the cleanliness of the building & especially my room, the bed was comfy, the linen very clean ( no stains at all). I could sleep without feeling like my sheets weren’t clean. Veronica at the front desk was so kind & knowledgeable, she had a good attitude, very attentive when you needed something, offering recommendations of places to go, she was awesome. Breakfast was good. Location is perfect to walk to restaurants & very close to the hospital. I’d definitely stay here again.

Great value
Pros:

No frills, but it was really just a very good value for the price. Centrally located, as well!
Very clean, well maintained, decent breakfast. Better than most in this value category.
Also, it has a kitchenette! (Although, no cooking range/oven. It has a full fridge and microwave.)
