Great value & great stay
Pros:

Everything. The room had everything we needed, it was spacious, a stocked kitchen and good location close to the tram station. It is next to campus and we were there during the holidays so it was very nice and quiet! I could easily stay longer. Everything was clean and staff were so friendly.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Ich würde keinen weiteren Aufenthalt hier mehr buchen .
Pros:

Die zwei Badezimmer waren sehr praktisch, ebenso die Nähe zu den Öffis.

Cons:

Das Mobiliar ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und ziemlich abgeranzt. Die Beschichtung der Kunstlederbetten ist an den Kopfteile massiv abgeblättert, ebenso an den Sockeln. Der Tisch im Esszimmer konnte nicht mehr vollständig gereinigt werden, weil er mit Kleberesten befleckt war.
Die eine Nachttischlampe ging nachts ständig von alleine an. Der TV im Wohnbereich hat nur gelegentlich funktioniert, weil ein Kabel einen Wackelkontakt hatte und der Receiver nicht immer lief.
Es war leider nicht sauber.
Das Frühstück war am anfangen ein schlechter Witz und wurde mit den Tagen etwas besser. Würde ich nicht nochmal dazu bestellen. Leider war das Frühstück nicht mehr zu canceln.
Da der Airport nicht weit entfernt liegt, befindet sich das Hotel direkt in der Einflugschneise.

Wenn die Mängel behoben werden, findet man mit dieser Unterkunft eine sehr gute Lage bei gutem Preis
Pros:

Die Lage für den Preis ist super und die Größe der Zimmer ebenfalls. Das Personal war freundlich und sehr bemüht.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer für vier Erwachsene gebucht. Bei unserer Ankunft wurde uns jedoch mitgeteilt, dass dieses aufgrund eines technischen Fehlers nicht mehr zur Verfügung stehe. Stattdessen erhielten wir zwei Doppelzimmer. Als Entgegenkommen wurde uns die Parkgebühr für das Auto erlassen.

Leider funktionierte in einem der Zimmer die Klimaanlage nicht. Außerdem waren zunächst nur Handtücher für eine Person vorhanden. Nach kurzer Suche fanden wir jedoch jeweils ein zweites Set in den Zimmern.

In einem Zimmer war das Gefrierfach undicht. Zudem befand sich in beiden Badezimmern Schimmel an den Bodenfugen der Dusche.

Auch das Frühstück war enttäuschend. Am ersten Morgen war das Buffet gegen 9:30 Uhr nahezu leer und wurde erst nach und nach wieder aufgefüllt. Auch Geschirr und Besteck waren zeitweise nicht ausreichend vorhanden. Am zweiten Morgen war die Organisation zur gleichen Uhrzeit etwas besser, dennoch fehlte weiterhin etwa die Hälfte des Angebots.
