Disappointed
Cons:

The King size room I booked 4 days prior was given to someone else. The Queen size room had no face or wash cloths and found a roach in the bathroom for the second time. Very disappointed in a place I had no problems with.

Great value.
Pros:

Room comes with a microwave, stove and dishwasher. Room is spacious enough. Property is meant for extended stays so even if I only stayed for 2 nights, it felt really comfortable.

Cons:

Only thing I didn’t like is the elevator is pretty slow even tho there were only 4 floors.

I would never go back to a place that had basic amenities missing
Pros:

it was the location which was very close to downtown and other attractions

Cons:

The elevator was not working, and my 85-year-old mom had to walk up 2 floors. It should have been informed ahead of time.
We ran out of toilet paper and there was no replacement paper available. They told us it would be available at the end of the day and when we came back from the outdoors, they said they did not receive the toilet paper. They could not arrange one from one of the unused rooms

We actually did not stay due to elevator not working
Pros:

Location and cost

Cons:

Room was on the 4th floor and discovered at check-in that elevator was not working. This would not work for 2 60+ people. Staff was pleasant and tried to get a room on the second floor but we opted to stay elsewhere
