Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms! The hotel bar was very nice with good happy hour specials. Dinner was good in the restaurant. Shuttle to and from the airport was on time and convenient!
I only stayed here for one night, and I honestly wish I could have stayed longer.
The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was clean, and everything about the service was smooth and easy. The airport shuttle was very easy to arrange, and the waiting area in the lobby was spacious and comfortable, so it never felt crowded or cramped.
I also really appreciated the complimentary drinking water available on every floor, with no limit. There were computers and a printer available as well, which was very convenient for getting some work done while waiting.
This hotel is especially convenient if you have a late-night flight. After checking out, you can comfortably spend time in the lobby, get some work done, and then take the shuttle to the airport.
Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay. I just wish I had stayed for more than one night!

The staff was extremely helpful and booked us a taxi in the morning when it looked like the shuttle would be too full with everyone’s luggage.

Comfy beds and sheets! Gym was nice. Airport shuttle was easy to schedule and utilize. Convenient location. Clean facilities. Complimentary waters. Great value.

They kept pushing that you could book the shuttle bus online, so I did. Then I waited 20 minutes only to have to call. I couldn't just call the front desk I had to sit through so many bloody prompts and disclaimers, why??? Just let me talk to someone I'm paying you so much money already. When I finally got through to someone, it seemed my booking hadn't come through? So then when it finally arrived, the guy driving the shuttle gave me grief for not answering the phone, he'd been trying to call my Australian number. I had booked the shuttle, why on earth do I now need to be called about the shuttle arriving? I'm here, I'm waiting for the shuttle that I've booked. I'm holding a bunch of bags and trying to look for a shuttle, maybe that's why I'm not checking my phone for calls from the driver, why would I?
By the time the shuttle got me in and checked in, it was quite late. I just wanted to get food from the kitchen before it closed and go to bed. They only had one person on kitchen and she was run off her feet, I had to wait no joke 10 minutes and I couldn't even catch her eye, I had to go to another staff member and beg them to let me just buy a sandwich instead of waiting at the bar for god knows how much longer. As with all of my reviews, INVEST IN YOUR STAFF customer service is why I use hotels over airbnb, So have enough bloody staff on deck.
I got excited about the snacks on offer on my floor, but they only had a gross flavour of chips and no other options :(((
