Nice, comfortable, big and clean room.
Super friendly staff. Gave me a later checkout because my puppy needed her pill for our long car ride. Gave us fresh bottled water. Also brought us robes and slippers.
We liked everything about this location! Comfortable bed and room. Front staff we so helpful! Shuttle driver was excellent.
The only thing we didn’t like was the short gruff man in the breakfast area. He said he would bring us cream and we waited and waited and then I got up to get some and the cream container was empty. He walked by and said he was managing it and we should sit down and wait. By that time our coffee was cold. He was gruff about ordering some eggs, but we did get this. Other than this gruff man, this hotel was absolutely perfect.
This hotel exceeded my expectations. Especially the staff - the service was outstanding. And the free chips and water in the halls :-)
Just a quick overnight stay. Refined accommodation, bed was extra comfortable and nice room, liked the healthy menu choices, and shuttle bus. Attention to detail.
Nothing so far but a short stay.
I tried to find the hotel using the address on my AppleMap on the ApplePlay on my rented car. It sent me to the other side of the airport at a spot that was an empty field and I found it difficult to call the hotel for better instructions. Fortunately I was meeting someone at the hotel and texted me and I was able to navigate my way to hotel.
