Awful experience
Pros:

That it was ckise to where i needed to be

Cons:

My son was rufesed access to the hotel fir trting ti get medication to me as there was all ready two oeople sraying in the room they woukd not allow him access disgusted

When paying top dollar for a lovely experience it’s only right to expect good customer experience too!
Pros:

Pleasant surroundings

Cons:

Staff were a matter of fact rather than pleasant
Observatory - it seemed that the staff had the air conditioning turn down for themselves rather than caring about the customers who found it cold. A bit of an unpleasant smell definitely needs sorting!

Great facilities but lazy staff

Cons:

The bar was table service only and the staff would rather stay at bar and talk to each other instead of coming to your table to ask wat drinks you would like to drink even after I had walked to the bar and asked if someone could take our drink order after sitting at the table for 23 mins. 10 mins later a member of staff finally took order and brought us drink 23 mins later so we waited at table 1 full hour to get 1 pint of beer and a cocktail and this happened on 3 occasions

Absolute best hotel experience
Pros:

My wife and I had booked the grand central for our wedding reception and we absolutely made the right decision to have it here. We had 18 guests so was an intimate wedding. The staff, specifically Arthur were fantastic. They treat you like you’re a VIP. The food was out of this world but the staff alone made our night they are just fantastic people. We got upgraded to the Sir William Hastings suite but we didn’t realise until checking out that it was the best room in the full hotel. The whole experience from start to finish was just amazing and we can’t wait to go back for a wee overnight. Also the concierge John Mac was the nicest man ever helped us so much with his knowledge etc he was just lovely.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable
Pros:

The room was very clean and the products in the bathroom were fab! The room had everything we needed ie iron, ironing board, tea/coffee, excellent WiFi and great big TV!

Cons:

The fire alarm going off early morning woke us up, and was only switched off just before we checked out. There was a smell in the bathroom, I believe it may have been coming from the drains.
