Everything about stay was exceptional. Great way to celebrate my birthday.
Pros:

The room was fantastic. We stayed on 17th floor, views over Belfast were amazing. Ate in restaurant food was delicious. Observatory bar was great. Cocktails delicious. Lovely treat for my birthday.

Cons:

Didn’t stay another night.

Totally worth it
Pros:

Stayed at Grand Central for one night recently for a night in Belfast for dinner and a show. Really gorgeous place and a good option for a special occasion. Lovely welcome from the front desk team and v smooth check in. Room was beautifully decorated and amazing views of the city. Of course, very central location, so it’s easy to get about the city. Called in at the Observatory bar on the top floor for a night cap - great vibes, excellent cocktails, and, again, really amazing views of the city. Totally worth visiting for locals and tourists alike. Had breakfast in the room, and it was all top notch. Thanks! Will hopefully be back soon.

A great place to stay while visiting Belfast - fantastic location with awesome views.
Pros:

Great location, comfortable mezzanine level for drinks & appetizers, excellent housekeeping - our room was made up early each day and was very well done. Also, the view of City Hall was awesome.

Wonderful!
Pros:

The room was very nice. The bathroom was very clean and had a large bathtub. The Observatory had wonderful views of the city! I ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant one day, and the french toast was delicious!

Perfect stay on a perfect day.
Pros:

I booked a room for my daughter and son-in-law on the night of their wedding which took place two weeks ago .
When I went in to the hotel several weeks ago to arrange their stay I was greeted by Ellen at reception who was extremely friendly, professional and helpful .
On arrival on the night of the wedding they discovered they had been upgraded and this just topped off an amazing day for them.
All the staff looked after them so well and the little touches such as cupcakes and chocolate in their suite made their whole wedding experience very special.
Thanks Grand Central and especially Ellen for making the happy couple even happier.

A great place to stay in city centre
Pros:

Excellent location. Excellent staff in all areas. Great views from higher floors. I would recommend cocktail bar on 23rd floor.

A fantastic experience!
Pros:

I had a recent stay at Grand Central for a family gathering and the whole experience was fantastic! All of the staff were so friendly, professional and wiling to go above and beyond to make our stay special, which it was. The design of the hotel, Seahorse restaurant and room was excellent, but it's certainly the staff who make the real difference. Congratulations Grand Central!

Pros:

Decided to have wee staycation here and we were thoroughly impressed. We had a sky view room which was gorgeous, spacious and clean.

The staff here are some of the friendliest people you meet. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left they were incredible!

The breakfast was a decent spread, it was nice to have a proper fry. All in all a lovely stay, the only thing that was missing, was a Hastings rubber duck.
