The location and the size of the room. Also very clean.
No electrical out let in the bath room. No refrigerator. You have to ask for it.
They brought us the refrigerator and put it in the middle of the room. We needed to put the refrigerator on the desk to p plug in.

Breakfast was lovely, staff were all so helpful, friendly and professional. Room was great size. Valet parking was so handy. We loved the rooftop bar experience too
One negative was that we booked a king room and it was two single beds pushed together. Otherwise a really positive experience and we cant wait to go back

Very strong and over powering chemical / cleaning product smell in room on arrival .

Deluxe room was incredible
My girlfriend and I had added 3 extra hours to late check out which was confirmed by reception. Unfortunately the cleaners didn't get the same information as one ignoredly made her way into our room "lucky enough we had the lock on" she shouted a lot of verbal abuse to us in room 1907. But besides the point our stay wasn't tarnished by this.

What a beautiful Hotel. The staff were exceptional. They made us feel so welcome.
The Bed OMG the comfort. We loved it.
I like how part of our issue was fixed instantly and also enjoyed the breakfast, it was great.
I didn't like how when we arrived my pregnant partner could smell old food and we found rubbish and pizza boxes in the cupboards - although this was fixed for us when we rang reception.
Later that night our air conditioning in the room didn't work at all. This was an issue for me, but more so an issue for my pregnant partner who suffered all night with the heat and didn't get any sleep.
For a 5 star hotel and our first time staying here, it has put us off staying again. As we have had better stays at other hotels in the city that aren't 5 star.
