Ideal für einen kurze Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne und ruhige Lage in Leukerbad. Es wirkt von aussen und auch in den Gängen etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Zimmer sind aber tiptop mit sehr bequemen Betten. Über einen Tunnel erreicht man im Bademantel das Thermalbad. Auch hier spürt man den Charme vergangener Zeiten, aber es war selbst mit zwei aktiven Kindern sehr schön und völlig ausreichend.

Cons:

Das Familienzimmer ist zu dritt okay, zu viert wäre es aber schon sehr eng geworden

Acogedor y ubicado en un pueblecito precioso. Los baños termales lo mejor para relajarte en el viaje en coche. El restaurante del hotel genial y el personal muy atento y agradable. Pintoresco y hermoso todo nevado

Cons:

Las saunas teniendo que ir desnudo entre hombrea y mujeres. Pero es un tema cultural y personal. Soy pudorosa en ese sentido

Hohe Erwartungen aus vorherigen Erfahrungen wurden bitter enttäuscht

Die neu renovierten Zimmer und das trotz der Umstände sehr freundliche und motivierte personal

Cons:

Problem war meine Erwartungshaltung. Wahr schon oft dort und es war immer top.
Neu liegt der ehemalige Teil des Hauptgebäudes brach und alles wurde in das Nebengebäude „de France“ verlegt.
Dadurch fiel das wichtigste Attribut dieses Hauses weg - die eigenen Thermalbecken mit Grotte etc. Und das tolle Frühstück.
Frühstück war ok aber am neuen Ort viel zu beeengt und auch viel weniger Auswahl und weniger frische wie früher.
Baden kann man in der Alpentherme noch immer als Hotelgast gratis aber es ist voll und die Öffnungszeiten sind weniger toll.
Das war eben das tolle früher, man konnte morgens früh und bis spät am Abend baden - jetzt 9-20uhr.
Es gab vor der Buchung keinen Hinweis auf diese neue Situation. Nach der Buchung wurde es kleinstmögliche erwähnt.
Schade - solange das dort so läuft werd ich nicht wieder kommen und mich ggf. vorher telefonisch informieren.

L’emplacement et la propreté de la chambre

Cons:

Très vieillot, petit déjeuner très moyen, piscine et bains sales, vestiaire et douches abimés, sale, nécessite une rénovation complète. Clairement pas un 4 étoiles.
