Le acque termali ma non sono un loro merito

Colazione: nulla di prodotto locale o a km 0, monoporzioni di plastica e cibo da supermercato o surgelato
Piscina: poco sicura per via del pavimento totalmente scivoloso e pieno di pozze di acqua
Mi è stato detto che non è possibile addebitare il conto ristorante sulla camera; poi hanno negato che fosse così
Personale della spa: avevo prenotato una manicure e pedicure, l'operatrice svogliata mi ha detto che aveva tempo per fare solo una cosa. Alle mie successive rimostranze con la direzione ha detto che io avevo chiesto un trattamento particolare con il gel (io non lo uso proprio)

Pros:

Le faites de pouvoir aller au bain depuis la chambre d'hôtel, le service d'hôtel

Cons:

La moisissures dans la salle de bain, le petit déjeuner (emplacement). C’est notre 2ème séjour dans le même hôtel en réservant directe à l'hôtel, service, accueil, etc tip top et du moment où on passe par le site booking , on est mal vu.

Pros:

The rooms were excellent, with very comfortable beds and a very clean environment. The swimming pool was amazing and a great highlight of the stay.

The breakfast was also very good, with a wide variety of options. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we really enjoyed our stay.

Prachtig hotel met heerlijk zwembad!! Een echte aanrader!
Pros:

Hele mooie locatie midden in het dorp en spa/zwembad was echt fantastisch. Kamer was schoon en hygiënisch, personeel is ook erg gastvrij! Absolute aanrader

Cons:

Reacties over ontbijt kloppen, ontbijt is beetje matig. Helaas niet volledig uitzicht gehad op berg vanuit de kamer. Dit was voor de rest het enige.
