Cama confortável e localização excelente.

Cons:

Ao chegarmos no final do dia não havia ninguém na recepção, não fomos avisados sobre ausência de staff em determinados horários do dia, portanto ficamos trancados para rua com malas e exaustos da viagem...
O quarto cheirava mofo. O box não veda completamente, então a cada banho o banheiro alaga inteiro.
Na sala onde oferecem café não há serviço, não há louça suficiente nem reposição. Inflexibilidade para late check out.
As fotos do site dão outra impressão sobre o local que, na minha opinião, está precisando de renovações.

Boa, mas apenas para pernoitar e sem precisar de levar bagagem para isso.

Localização muito boa, Muito confortável, mas apenas para pernoitar.

Cons:

Não poder chegar de carro até à Pousada, a qual podia ter um serviço (tuk-tuk??), para levar os hóspedes e sua bagagem, do parque de estacionamento extra-muralha até à Pousada. É inadmissível que o hóspede caminhe e carregue mala, por centenas de metros (a subir), ao sol e/ou chuva, para chegar à Pousada. Na minha idade (78 anos) isso foi muito penoso e é o motivo porque, quando voltar a Óbidos, nunca mais ficarei nesta Pousada.

Pros:

The location, inside the walled village of Óbidos; the cleanliness and the silence. Everything worked well: shower, Aircon and TV set. D.Ema, the receptionist, was very helpful and gave us very good information.

Cons:

Recepção da pousada só abre às 15:00 horas, antes disso, você não consegue entrar no Hotel.
O café da manhã é muito fraco, somente água, café, pão, manteiga e geleia.

Da cama, da ausência de pessoas no atendimento , não possui café da manhã !!! Não tem ninguém para ajudar com as malas, o hotel parece um prédio de aluguel, longe de ser um hotel, vc estaciona longe e sobre uma escadaria com malas !!!!! Não há acesso para idosos !!!! A cama é muito ruim, tinha um buraco kkkkk muito ruim, vc fala com a recepcionista só por telefone e na hora que vc chega depois não vê mais ninguém, o hotel parece assombrado, até na hora de sair baste colocar o cartão do quarto em
