I enjoyed it . Would stay there more often but generally too expensive.

Good food- with different eating options. Nice Room. Very well maintained.

Cons:

The room was very cold and I couldn’t warm it up and I come from a cold climate. (NZ) . Only just warm enough at night.

It was good.
Pros:

The staff and customer service, the room was nice too

Cons:

The bathroom sink was blocked. And we didn't have an iron, we requested for one, they said they would bring one right away but never did.

The loud music in the foyer, could not hear or have a quiet conversation with the receptionist without shouting.

A great venue, good food, bars & great staff.
Pros:

A great place to stay.
Very friendly staff, very clean rooms.
Awesome food. Decent gym too.
Each time I arrive I've always felt welcomed and enjoyed my stay here.
Big thanks to the great staff I've interacted with thru out the days, mornings with Sera, Leslie and Clare at breakfast, Casey and all the great staff in the Executive lounge, and to the Master Carver Bena and his colleague Pala at dinner buffet time.
As well as the security guys who are always so friendly and smiling.

Pros:

The staff. But they had a little trouble of finding our luggage and we almost missed the shuttle bus.

Cons:

Slow service at the restaurant. We had to wait almost 1 hour for our food.

Like the restaurant and bar staffs friendly and willing to help

Cons:

The air conditioning non adjustable. When ask to turn it off as it is too cold for me at 17.5c . The staff cut off the power to the air conditioning and the power to the coffee machine. Kettle and fridge. When the room water bottle wasn't replace on the second day stay . I ask the front desk if they can send some water to me. The reply is you can either fill your own bottle at the filling machine or you can purchase some from them. When I ask to combine all my associate rooms cost to gether together 22 room nights together. It take the front desk about half hour Hand written invoice for me to pay before I view the invoice in Printed form. Non professional.
