床🛌非常小跟廣告的不符事實。
Pros:

從進住第一天，櫃檯人員水平很低，講話非常沒有禮貌，我們住是有早餐和晚餐，它一直說沒有晚餐。結果我們出去吃飯回來，它打電話7，20到我的房間，說晚餐到7，30要不要吃。然後講話是我們是乞丐來討飯吃。要求多一條棉被說要加一百元。我們第一天想要住福華飯店，因為福華非常好又溫和接待客戶，不像薆悅酒店這樣的黑店，以後不會來住，請你們的公司要多留意黑飯店網站查看。

昨晚本來想要好好慶祝結婚紀念日，結果櫃檯小姐跑去餐廳和我們吵架。弄到我們心情不好，怎麼有這樣不夠資格的人來當服務人員。因為福華沒有空房。我們才忍住下來，但是我們的心情很低落。

Nice and value-for-money hotel in Taichung
Pros:

The hotel lobby & rooms are decorated with beautiful wood crafted furniture and decoration. Wood-craft enthusiasts will find this hotel a heaven. The selection at breakfast was not very wide but we loved most of the dishes and enjoyed the buffet breakfast.
