Ich habe 11 Tage mit meiner Frau in 06/26
hier Urlaub verbracht. Gefühlt muss das Hotel noch während der polnischen Königzeit gebaut und eingerichtet worden sein. Die Teppichböden haben diesen morbiden Geruch und weisen eine entsprechende Patina auf. Die Duschen sind für Menschen über 90 KG, in dieser Miniaturausführung eine enorme Herausforderung.
Im Büffetrestaurant findet man an den Stuhllehnen Holzgriffen, die oft noch die Essensreste aus früheren Jahren haben.
Freundlichsein, Hilfsbereitschaft den teuer zahlenden Gästen zu zeigen, gab es noch in der Zeit der Monarchen, heute gehen die Abgestellten in den Keller um zu lächeln.
Am 27.6. ca. 21:00 waren fünf Polizisten an der Reception. Ein deutsches, junges Ehepaar hat das Hotel wegen VDO Überwachung im SPA und Saunaberreich angezeigt.
Frühaufsteher sind begeistert von den hellen Vorhängen in den Zimmern. Verdunkelungen gibt es nicht.
Fazit; ES IST EIN NEVER AGAIN HOTEL

Närhet till stranden.
Sköna sängar.

Cons:

Personalen kunde inte kommunicera på engelska, pratade endast polska och tyska. Vi använde translate-app men även där hade de svårt, svarade ändå på tyska.
Incheckningen tog 30 minuter, utan kö!
Frukosten dåligt påfylld när man ville ha sovmorgon men inom hotellets frukosttid.
Slarvig och nonchalant städpersonal.

śniadania obfite i bardzo dobre.Bardzo duży wybór potraw. obiado-kolacje znakomite i bardzo bogate i zróżnicowane. Hotel bardzo ładny,
W Świnoujsciu byliśmy z 10 razy i zawsze pragnęliśmy zamieszkać w waszym hotelu. Tym razem tak się stało i w przyszłości na pewno jeszcze do was wrócimy

Fajny basen i jaccuzi

Brudna wykładzina, wystarczyłoby ją odświeżyć lub zerwać i założyć panele, a naprawdę byłoby super. Można jeszcze ulepszych śniadania bo jajecznica była dziwna i zrobić bardziej nowoczesny design jesli chodzi o wnętrze. Najgorsze były te wykładziny z których w nocy czuć było niemiły zapach i jakby cos sie z niego do powietrza unosilo

Personal an der Rezeption arbeitet extrem langsam,, lange Wartezeiten trotz langer Schlange. Kein nettes Begrüßen, keine Auskunft, Parkplatz kostet 32€ pro Nacht. Absolut überteuert.

Das Frühstück und die Sauberkeit des Zimmers.

Cons:

Das ältere Menschen bei 35° im obersten Stock unter dem Dach ein Zimmer bekommen, wo den ganzen Tag die Sonne rauf knallt. Man fragte an der Rezeption nach, da sagte man für 10€ am Tag können Sie die Klimaanlage buchen. Das ist bei den Preisen eine Frechheit.

Bardzo podobał mi się pobyt. Śniadania i kolacje były smaczne, różnorodne i przygotowane ze świeżych produktów. Pokój był czysty, przestronny i dobrze wyposażony. Personel był bardzo uprzejmy, pomocny i uśmiechnięty, zawsze chętnie odpowiadał na pytania. Panie pracujące w barze były bardzo miłe i przygotowywały pyszne koktajle. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel i z przyjemnością wrócę tu ponownie.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und müsste mal vielleicht neue Teppiche oder vielleicht wenn Hunde erlaubt sind fussböden erneuert werden Der Geruch im Zimmer war unerträglich der Teppichboden war sehr verschmutzt das man nicht barfuß im Zimmer gehen konnte spinngewebe hingen von der Decke herunter Möbel rieschen so extrem das man im Schrank keine Sachen lagern konnte sowie die Matratzen verschmutzt Balkonmöbel und der Balkon selber Verschmutzt Möwen haben auf die Stühle gekackt konnte man die Stühle nicht nutzen musste erst bescheid sagen das sie mal dort sauber machen solten das man sich hinsetzen kann dadurch das da im Hotel Hunde erlaubt sind .sind die Teppich Böden verschmutzt und rieschen extrem das man nur mit Fenster auf schlafen konnte .
Im ganzen kann ich nur Sagen vielleicht war es nur das Zimmer was wir bekommen haben so wie die anderen Zimmer waren kann ich nicht beurteilen eine Kritik habe ich leider noch 32 Euro für ein Parkplatz proTag ist schon unverschämt aber da kann das Hotel wahrscheinlich nicht s dafür.
