Location was convenient
The main entrance was blocked by construction works in the building next to this hotel, it was extremely uncomfortable to carry luggage in the soil full of gravel material and the long stairs make it difficult to access with the luggage. Additionally, the cleaning was poorly made in the bedrooms. Besides, the fire alarm was falsely activated early in the morning, being on for almost 20 minutes, even after having the breakfast.

Sehr gute Lage in Chamonix. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Ausblick vom Zimmer und Frühstücksraum auf den Mont Blanc war sensationell.
Das Bett war für mich etwas durchgelegen und als Seitenschläfer unbequem. Von den Nachbarn und dem Flur hat man leider recht viel mitbekommen, aber Wachs für die Ohren hilft dagegen.
The hotel is in a good location, with great views and close proximity to the city center. However, the surroundings can be a bit tricky due to construction work nearby.
When we arrived, we were asked to pay the city tax separately, which was fine. However, the issue was that they did not accept card payments for small amounts, so we had to go out and withdraw cash specifically to pay the next day. At check-out, they were unable to give us change, so in the end we paid by card anyway. It was a waste of time. They should be better prepared for situations where cash payments are required.

Côté chambre j ai apprécié la chambre 106 elle avait un côté chambre typique refuge lit simple en bois superposé !!!
Après ma chambre avait une vue exposition sur le mont blanc !! Je conclus; je vous conseil de prendre le ptit déj avec la chambre * il est complet et copieux!!
Séjour agréable et humain !!

Gros problème, payer la nuit oui ,ce que je ne trouve pas normale c'est de facturer le parking de l'hôtel pour la nuit de 20€ très mauvais point

Hotel needs a makeover as a little run down, no fridge in the room. Big construction work in front of the hotel and in front of terasse so it takes away from the view
