LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION
What a perfect place to stay. The hotel was close to everything. The parking garage was also close.
Front desk, Dorian (spelling?), was always entertaining.
Please note that in front of the hotel at this time there is construction on the hotel in front so if you want to sleep later (but do not know why you would) then you might want to take this into consideration or shut the window before going to sleep.
There is a Utile market right next door that will wake you up around 5am with the smell of fresh baked bread - no complaints there.
Loved waking up and seeing the view of the mountains.
We choose the "cabin room" which was a bunk bed layout. My wife loves getting rooms with bunkbeds. This room had a large terrace where you could sit out and see the stars. We saw shooting stars during our stay.

Breakfast time is not good. Need More early
This hotel is off the main street and provides less noise. There is construction next door, but we were out most of the day, so it didn't really bother us. It is close to the train station, restaurants, and grocery stores. The tourism office is nearby. We were able to walk to hiking trails from the hotel. Our room had a wonderful view of the snow-covered mountains. There was a happy hour every evening of our stay from 5pm-7pm. There is no A/C, but we had our windows open in the evenings and overnight, and it was perfect. I would recommend this hotel.

Je ne peux pas être trop sévère avec cet hôtel car c'était une nuit de dépannage réservée le jour même (vu que les campings de Chamonix ne prennent pas les réservations, et que si on arrive trop tard...) donc c'était bien pratique. Et très central. Proche du parking couvert Saint Michel, que je recommande.
J'ai trouvé ça monstrueusement cher pour ce que c'est (une chambrette pour skieurs avec deux lits individuels superposés). Certes, tout est cher à Chamonix (sauf le parking).
