Ideal location, quiet area, everything needed within short distance
Staff were not very informative - free WiFi but no passwords located in the room and not verbally told by hotel staff, signs in car park saying to enter registration plate to avoid parking eye charge not mentioned when checking in (the camera has been taken away), room had old carpet, damaged window fittings and curtains were heavily stained, kettle thick with dust inside, strange smell in room

Bath plug didn’t fit so we had to improvise and had a few issues with key card but other than that no real issues like a lot of people make out

I found the checking in was straightforward, pleasant receptionist, everything was spotless and the facilities were excellent. Absolute bargain

I had the wrong room and I had three canisters on the top of my wardrobe and a spoon in my bed and one of the canister fell on me when I opened the wardrobe door.
