Very pleasant, very good value for money.
Pros:

Easy to find. Very friendly staff. Room very clean. Plenty of hot water. Very quiet location. Very comfortable bed and very nice bedding. Tray of teas ,coffees , biscuits welcomed.

Cons:

It was a little dated but that didn't matter as very clean and comfortable.

A pleasant stay well worth the money.
Pros:

The location is good for me. Clean & tidy & comfortable. Some updating has improved the room.

Cons:

Some further updating of the furniture is needed but didn’t detract from the overall enjoyment. The place has so much more potential.

Pros:

really liked the room and was a nice view of the cricket ground .also close to the football ground and Trentham gardens and not a bad price.

Cons:

not sure if it's the hotels fault really but on my second night I was woken in the middle of the night by a woman screaming shouting and swearing.Also a bloke just sat outside drinking cans of beer in the middle of the day.Nothing wrong with that really I suppose but dont want it yards from your room lol

Was ok for what I needed as I wasn’t in the room very long it was ok but if I was staying in the room for longer I would

Ideal location, quiet area, everything needed within short distance

Cons:

Staff were not very informative - free WiFi but no passwords located in the room and not verbally told by hotel staff, signs in car park saying to enter registration plate to avoid parking eye charge not mentioned when checking in (the camera has been taken away), room had old carpet, damaged window fittings and curtains were heavily stained, kettle thick with dust inside, strange smell in room

Very happy and will definitely stay again
Pros:

Comfortable, Clean, Staff were good, located right by a shop

Cons:

Bath plug didn’t fit so we had to improvise and had a few issues with key card but other than that no real issues like a lot of people make out
