What has changed since last year was the maintenance of the room it definitely needs updating and the cleanliness it used to be extremely clean they should look into this issue

I’ve stayed many times at Glens Palas, and it never stops feeling special. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, elegant, genuinely comfortable and always immaculate, while the location in the heart of Nişantaşı makes it effortless to explore everywhere you want to go.
However, what keeps bringing me back is the people.
Ayhan, being there for as long as I can remember, is the soul of Glens Palas. He has an innate grace, a quiet elegance and a refined sensibility that you rarely come across. His suggestions always land perfectly, offered with the quiet confidence of someone who knows Istanbul's secrets. Honestly, if a hotel anywhere set out to design the perfect concierge, they would end up designing Ayhan.
Onur at reception makes every request feel effortless, always with a genuine smile. And Fatma in housekeeping brings a level of care and attention to the rooms that does not go unnoticed.
Glens Palas continues to set the standard for what genuine hospitality should feel like. I'm already looking forward to my next stay.
