Alloggio davvero super confy e accogliente!
Pros:

Il personale è stato davvero gentilissimo e ci ha accolto calorosamente dopo una giornata stancante, consigliandoci anche alcuni posti dove andare a mangiare. Ci siamo sentite subito a nostro agio, quasi come a casa. L’atmosfera dell’hotel era tranquilla e molto piacevole.
La camera era pulita, curata, moderna e molto confortevole, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata fuori. Ogni giorno la stanza veniva riordinata con attenzione: rifacevano i letti, sostituivano tutto ciò che avevamo consumato e lasciavano sempre una bottiglietta d’acqua.
Nota super apprezzata, soprattutto per gli italiani: in camera c’era anche una macchinetta Nespresso con diverse cialde disponibili.
Anche se la colazione non era inclusa, ogni mattina lasciavano una brioche a persona vicino all’ascensore, chiusa in un sacchettino per ogni camera: un piccolo gesto davvero carino e gradito.
Ci tornerei sicuramente!

Wat een prachtig hotel in Japanse stijl!
Ik heb een heel fijne ervaring gehad in dit hotel. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, de kamer was schoon en comfortabel, en de sfeer was erg prettig. De locatie van het hotel was perfect, 3 minuten lopen naar Nishiki markt. De winkels en metro ook in de buurt, kortom centraal gelegen.
Ik zou dit hotel zeker aanraden en kom graag nog eens terug!

Loved staying here. A real treat.
Pros:

Great location. Very quiet- maybe the rooms are soundproof? Very clean and great practical amenities for travellers. Room seemed generous in size. Staff at reception all pleasant and helpful over the 4-5 days I was there

Cons:

I can’t fault it - my room was a mattress on the floor which I enjoyed however I’ve got friends who if they stayed would struggle to get in and out of bed easily.

Pros:

Idéalement situé près du marché Nishiki et du métro. On peut se rendre au château et au palais impérial à pied. L'accueil est sympathique et s'accorde à l'atmosphère de ce petit l'hôtel très zen. La chambre standard était très bien équipée, ce qui compense l'absence de petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Tout était très bien, mais le cours du m2 japonais doit suivre celui du Yen, car les 20 m2 indiqués sur le site de booking nous ont plutôt paru 15 ;-).

My favorite part of my accommodations while visiting Japan.
Pros:

I loved the big rooms, the friendly staff, and the ability to be laundry. So close to nishiki market and so many other things, so very convenient. And the complimentary croissants were a plus!

Comfortable, friendly staff, nice amenities (coffee/tea, free use of laundry machines). Also conveniently located in a very walkable area.

Cons:

Could occasionally hear noise from people coming in to the building, but only during the day (wasn't a problem while trying to sleep).

Pros:

The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The room is in a traditional style, cleaned every day, all the amenities are present, tea, coffee, and fresh croissants are free every day. Near the hotel there is a samurai ninja museum, a market, and restaurants. By taxi, which you can order at the hotel, you can get to the Gion area, Kiyomizu-dera Temple, and Kyoto Station inexpensively. Everything was great! Thank you very much!
