Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr saubere Zimmer. Tolles Frühstücksbüffet. Die Altstadt ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Pros:

Kleines Hotel in guter Lage. Sehr gutes Frühstück.
Die Aufbewahrung der Koffer vor Chekin und bei Abreise war unkompliziert möglich.

Leider gibt es keinen Aufzug

Klosterhagen Experience
Pros:

Our receptionist , I can't remember her name ( I think Embla) . She went above and beyond her call of duty to help us in every way .
The breakfast was OUTSTANDING . the best pesto spread I have ever tasted.

Cons:

We were there for 2 nights but housekeeping didn't come and clean our room or provide towels , clear out garbage etc
When we brought it to the attention of the receptionist she herself came to help out the best she could. This was very kind of her but room services from housekeeping was very suboptimal.

The light in the bathroom is too dim

Exactly what I needed at a great price and location and no extra frills I didn’t need and didn’t want to pay for.

Cons:

I didn’t mind but some folks may be challenged with no elevator. Stairs are safe and easy though.

Great location for an overnight stop in Bergen

Great location and a lovely home cooked breakfast. Although the room was small, it was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Perfect for a one night stay.
