Pros:

Ottima accoglienza da parte del personale. Molto apprezzata la merenda offerta dalle 17 alle 20. Quartiere tipico, tranquillo a due passi dal centro. Possibilita' di avere microonde e frigorifero in camera.

Cons:

Il lavandino era troppo piccolo, ma tutto il resto, doccia, bagno, ect ottimo.

Liebevolle kleine Oase am Hügel, sehr zu empfehlen
Pros:

Das Personal war außergewöhnlich herzlich und zuvorkommend.
Vorzügliches liebevoll vorbereitetes Frühstücksbuffet, das selbstgebackene dunkle Vollkornbrot war unglaublich gut. Die Lage oben am Hügel von Nordnes unglaublich schön, inmitten von Holzhäusern nahe an der grünen Halbinselspitze. Ideal zum Flanieren und abseits der Bus-und Schiffstouristenströme.

Cons:

Die Dusche ist relativ offen, man setzt zwangsläufig das halbe Bad unter Wasser.

Modernisierter Altbau in ruhiger, idyllischer Lage auf dem Hügel der Halbinsel Nordnes, je 15 Gehminuten zum Anleger von Hurtigruten oder in die Innenstadt. Großes modernes Badezimmer.
Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr reichhaltiges und leckeres Frühstück! Gerne wieder, vielen Dank!

I wouldn't choose Klosterhagen again—sorry...
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent and the hotel's surroundings—the houses, streets, and squares—are wonderful.

Cons:

The hotel is very nice, but it's not modern. The walls are literally paper-thin. The hotel is located on a hilltop, so you have to climb quite a bit on the way back. The room really lacked a closet. The bed was small and for us it was uncomfortable.
