The staff were very friendly, sweet and helpful. They are a bunch of great hosts. The property is located at the heart of patong beach, just walking distance to all the major sights. The stay was really comfortable and cozy too.

Everything. I had another stay at Big Boys. Due to long queue in immigration, I was going to arrive later than expected. So I called the hotel to inform them that I will arrive in 30 minutes and they said it was fine. When I arrived, the room was quite cool. When I asked them about it, I was told that they turned on the air conditioner as soon as I called them. Not only they did that, they left an extra key for me so the AC would stay on if I left the room. This was very considerate of them giving the hot and humid weather in Phuket. They had many changes in staff but they had preserved the service quality. Most of the staff could speak English well. Very kind, well-mannered and always willing to help. They took my laundry at around 8 pm and it was ready before 10 am next day for free. Scott as the staff supervisor, did a great job as always. He sent the staff to help us with our baggage on checkout day without us even requiring it. Since I didn't want the regular cleaning, I asked for the house keeping the other day to change the bed sheets and empty the bins and replace the towels and they came to the room in less than 2 minutes. Their service is faster than many 5 star hotels. I want to thanks all the staff from the bottom of my heart and I'm really looking forward to have another stay with them.
I loved their customer service. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Special thanks to Scott. He took good care of us and our needs. Will definitely go back to feel their comfort again.
