In the basic rooms, the towels are not changed every day, and there is no shower gel and shampoo provided.

Also, the blinds did not work at all. The staff did not inform us about this, even though they were aware of the issue. It was difficult to sleep, especially considering that in Norway it only gets dark for about three hours during the summer…..

Good location for bus and train terminals. Several food markets nearby.

Cons:

Thermostat did not have instructions. Washing/drying machines dud not have instructions posted. Would have appreciated which mode to select for the quickest clean. Staff was not physically on-site so when the smoke alarm went off, I had to message them for assistance.

The code system worked well. The beds were comfortable, the blinds did well in keeping out the light.

Cons:

As two women traveling, the amount of young men hanging around in the lobby and outside made us feel very uncomfortable. Every time we came or went, these men tried to talk to us or made comments or stood closely to us when we were putting our code in. This really ruined our stay and it didn’t feel safe for us as women.

Our room was also very tired, chips of paint missing everywhere, a cap on the light switch was missing, hairs in the bathroom and on Saturday evening our hot water didn’t work at all.
