They are liars and scammers!!!
I booked 2 x Family Rooms for 2 families, 2 adults and 2 kids per family room (total 4 adults and 4 x kids), paid online as non-refundable, informed them arrival midnight. When we came to the hotel they said as if we registered 2 adults only per room, we said why would you book expensive family rooms for 2 people only? They cheated in booking and added as if max 2 ppl allowed per family room - SCAM. I said it's midnight, okay, how much do we need to pay for 2 kids in prepaid family rooms, they showed me the pre-made schedule on the wall (Scammers) with 40-60 EUR per additional kid, I said Okay! I am paying! and then they said there are no available family rooms and we need to stay in standard rooms where we could not fit of course.
Do not book family rooms it's a BIG SCAM. They are CHEATERS! Put hidden option on booking as if only 2 people max allowed. In family rooms.
Do not trust photos, all photos on booking pages are FAKE, everything is absolutely ridiculous. Real photos attached.
Do not believe that there is car access or parking - you have to stop or park 1 km away and carry your bags by stony roads (no pavement).
The bathroom is glassed and it's built inside the room as it was not there and added later on. photos attached.
The bad SMELL of drainage channels is in the rooms.
The beds are very small, smaller than queen size, do not believe the comments from the owner. photos attached.
The noise from other rooms and from the street are in your room (from all rooms on all levels).
The rooms are very small, even with small double bed extra bed doesn't fit you can hardly walk. photos attached.
The building is very old and additional supporting beams installed to avoid ruining. photos attached.
The furniture is very old.
The breakfast is very poor and canteen is underground from 1970th literally.
I am still waiting for my payment return.
