Welcoming and very nice service.
Pros:

Unusual lovely property..

Cons:

It was more like staying over at a house than a hotel.
However it was very nice, no stairs we were on the top 3rd floor.. .
Stairs were steep and
narrow.

Lots of positives, pricey for what it was. It wasn’t for us, sadly.
Pros:

Very comfortable bed in a good location. Friendly staff. Lovely breakfast and we had a coffee outside in the sunshine, in the pub garden, after our breakfast before checking out.

Cons:

Our own fault - it wasn’t what we thought. Lack of research. Felt more like a motel than a hotel or pub with rooms. Directly outside the room was the pub’s garden-outside space and it was a beautiful evening so people were drinking, chatting until late into the night. The room was boiling hot (not the hotel’s fault: the temperatures were very high that day and they did provide a fan); we had to shut the window to shut out the noise when we wanted to go to sleep. It was then too hot to sleep. We also thought the cost was overpriced.

Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Worbkoch außergewöhnlich. Sehr viele Varianten und ausgezeichnete Qualtät.

Very enjoyable and great value for money - very convenient for an off the motorway stay.
Pros:

Staff very flexible for late arrival at 11pm, very friendly. Room not luxury but good facilities (e.g floorstanding fan to combat the uk's 5th heatwave) and very clean, great breakfast.

Cons:

We found on road parking directly outside the hotel which was OK for 1 night stay - we didn't test the parking pass scheme the hotel has for longer stays - so own on-site parking would have been an advantage.

Would stay there again.
Pros:

Breakfast was very nice. Room meet expectations. Was very clean, just some beard stubble in the sink. Beds and pillows were above expectations. Staff and dogs were very friendly. Would stay there again, the only things that would make it perfect would be on site parking.

That the parking was restricted.

Perfect place to stay for a visit to Warwick and the surrounding area.
Pros:

Lovely clean room and bathroom. Very peaceful but still very close to the centre of Warwick.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, staff were really friendly and the pub/hotel had lovely areas to sit
Pros:

Enjoyed Breakfast & Evening meal menu was good. Food was very good!

Cons:

We were sleeping in court yard rooms and were not sure how secure the side entrance was as guests came in for drinks.
But that’s was only a little thing that maybe if there was another way in to garden area, so you know who’s in.
( not sure if side gate was locked over night and what time)?
