Perfect Hotel-Perfect Getaway
Pros:

The location, ALL Staff including the Travel bartender were honestly so overwhelmingly customer service oriented. Our check-check in process was seamless, our room was spotless. One evening we enjoyed a cocktail at the bar and met the bartender. He explained he was a ‘travel’ bartender, not a full time bartender at the hotel. I would strongly suggest hiring him. An ultimate professional-Saturday evening. We will definitely return to the hotel without hesitation.

Cons:

Television in the room next door was loud late in the evening and early morning. Kept us awake at night and woke us very early in the morning.
Staff was arguing with a guest in the hallway late at night for quite some time. Asked them to stop and no response.
Called front desk and no one answered.
Mattress on bed so soft you sunk into it. Bad for back.
Shower floor so slippery we almost fell. We had to use a towel on the shower floor to prevent falling.

Hotel was clean, staff friendly

Cons:

No breakfast provided even though when I booked thru your website it stated that they had breakfast and that was one of the deciding factors for my booking this hotel. Beds were too soft, made our backs hurt. The water pressure was too low, could hardly get the soap off or shampoo out of your hair.
