Pros:

Thank you for the support and efforts your hotel has made for my proposal. This is a beautiful place with outstanding people and scenery. I have gained love and precious memories here. Pattaya is a wonderful place. All the staff at Mayaana Beach Resort Pattaya are very friendly and kind. The rooms are very comfortable, the beach is beautiful, the dinner is delicious, and the evening fire show is very spectacular. If I come to Pattaya again, I will definitely stay here.

Pros:

Exceptional staff service, amazing events (the beach fire show was incredible), great rooms and good area away from the city hustle, but still not too far to enjoy the city. They gave little gifts, and the staff were very helpful whenever needed, diligent cleaning staff and just overall positive vibes from everyone! We will definitely stay here again!

Cons:

Hotel was hard to find at first since they changed their name to Mayaana, but the new name is now showing on Booking .com so should be easier to find in future. Also, the beach was great but it does get a little rocky as you go into the sea, need to wear swimming shoes to stay safe.
