Sehr gut, super freundliches Personal! Sehr hilfsbereit! Zimmer sauber und gepflegt!

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage in den Zimmern sind sehr laut. Aber nach ein paar Tage hört man das nicht mehr.

Podle prezentace hotelu na internetu jsme čekali trochu jiné služby. Měli jsme pokoj se vstupem do bazénu. Uz bych tuto variantu nevolila, do bazénu skutečně vstoupit z pokoje můžete, ale ani moc nemáte chuť, protože je v něm docela rušno, je zde křik a stále dokola se opakující hudba, která vám po pár dnech jde na nervy.
Snídaně s velmi omezeným výběrem jídla. Zvláště západní turista si na snídani z nabídky ostřejšího jídla moc nevybere, zbývá potom opravdu chudší nabídka. Při příchodu na snídani vás “vítá “ zápach kanalizace.
Co se týká čistoty pokoje, asi třetí den pobytu nám došlo mýdlo, do konce pobytu nebylo doplněné. V koupelně čpěla plíseň, která kvetla ve spárách a na sprchách. Překvapeni jsme byli v prvních dnech, že úklid probíhal až v pozdních skoro večerních hodinách. Takze ačkoli jsme plánovali aktivity, abychom uvolnili pokoj, po příchodu stejně uklizeno nebylo.
Zaměstnanci hotelu byli vesměs usměvaví a milí.

Pros:

overall perfect! spacious rooms, amazing staff, facilities and location.

Cons:

but whoever cleaned the room on the second day barely cleaned it. they left our used glasses from the previous night. They just spread the bed, changed the towels and left.

Pros:

Hôtel au calme dans le nord de Pattaya. Emplacement pratique, il y a de tout (resto, massage, 7-11, marché) à 10/15mn à pied, et 15mn de voiture pour aller à la gare routière du Nord Pattaya. Le personnel est très accueillant est souriant. Les espaces sont propres, la piscine est très sympa, il y a une petite belle plage en bas aussi, qui a une vue magnifique de la sanctuaire de la vérité.

Cons:

Nous avons réservé une chambre avec vue sur la sanctuaire de la vérité. Sur la photo de booking on voit très bien le temple depuis le balcon, mais en réalité nous avons eu une chambre à un étage inférieur et nous ne voyons que le toit du temple… le reste de la vue est cachée par les arbres, à vrai dire c’est très décevant. Quand j’ai demandé au personnel à l’accueil, le monsieur m’a dit qu’ils pourraient nous faire déménager à un étage plus élevé que le lendemain, mais vue qu’on est restés que deux nuits nous n’avons pas eu le temps. C’est le seul bémol.

Klimaanlage recht laut, sodass die Nachtruhe nicht so toll war!

Cons:

Wir hatten das "Golden Tulip" mit 5 Sternen gebucht und somit für 5 Sterne bezahlt!
das Mayaana Resort hat sicherlich keine 5 Sterne und war somit mit unsere Zahlung überzahlt!

If you’re accustomed to the stink from sewers in Thailand this is an amazing hotel. Cheap and beautiful.
