I would never go back, and I think booking.com should take it down

they allowed us early check in (2 hours before set time)

Cons:

We booked one of the rooms advertised as having a "terrace," but this description is misleading. These rooms are not part of the main hotel building. Instead, they are located across a courtyard and appear to be improvised conversions rather than proper hotel rooms.

The room was in an unacceptable state of repair. The biggest issue was the extensive mold throughout the bathroom. The shower, sink, and bathroom floor were covered with black mold, which is both unpleasant and a serious hygiene concern.

The rest of the room looked equally neglected. Several fixtures were damaged or broken, including wall lamps, hangers, and cabinets. Everything felt poorly finished and inadequately maintained, giving the impression that these rooms were put together quickly and have received little upkeep since.

The mattress was another major disappointment. It was completely worn out, with a deep depression in the middle, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. I spent the entire night feeling like I was sliding into the center of the bed.

Overall, this room should not be rented in its current condition. It needs significant renovation, proper mold remediation, and replacement of the furniture and mattress. The photos and description do not accurately reflect what you actually receive. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.

Je ne sais pas car nous sommes répartis sans dormir l hôtel ne correspond pas du tout aux photos les draps gris pas repassés idem le linge de toilette salle de bain en mauvais état et pas net quand aux fréquentations qu on a pu voir pas top

Неприятный запах уже на рецепшене. Очень маленькая парковка. Номер больше напоминал ночлежку, чем номер отеля. Мы сразу уехали в другой отель. Спать в таком заведении не захотелось.

Las fotos no hacen referencia al estado real del Hotel, que no sé cómo tiene dos estrellas. Falta de higiene por todos lados, humedades en respiraderos pared y ducha. WC químico que hacía revocar aguas grises por la ducha. Olor a cerrado y a humedad en la habitación del jardín. NO VENGÁIS.

Hotel war OK,dass Problem die Reception ist ab 19 Uhr geschlossen.

Es waren auch Personen im Hotel Garten ,die nicht im Hotel wohnten.
Sie fragten uns mehrfach nach Zigaretten und zb. Bier.
Weil meine Frau und ich tranken ein Dosenbier im Hotel Garten.
So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt.
Der Hotel Garten war leider sehr einfach zugänglich.
