Alles perfekt bis auf die alten Spannteppich. Mit einem Echtholzboden wäre alles viel hochwertiger!

Mi reserva coincidía con las fiestas de Arles y pregunté por la insonorización. Me confirmaron ok. Música debajo de la habitación, decibeles altísimos. Imposible estar en la habitación hasta las 3 am. Nos tuvimos que ir al día siguiente sin completar la estancia. No nos dijeron la verdad. Reclamamos varias veces y nunca nos respondieron. No aconsejo para nada este establecimiento por su falta de ética profesional.

Pros:

Fabulous character hotel in the best location for the historic centre of Arles. The staff are wonderful, really helpful and kind. Our junior suite on the top floor was very comfortable and quiet. Just be sure you can handle the steps up, no lift! Not a problem for us. Breakfast was a good array of buffet style choices, eating outside on sunny mornings joyous.

Loved it all, thoroughly recommend!
