Guest handling not good at reception.
The room condition was okay okay
Found cockroach in kettle
Bath towels are not looks like fresh
Some plug points are not working
Morning while stepping out informed in reception to room clean, which is not done.
One day before room booking was done but the things while enquiring on call about early morning check-in reception staff informed cancel the booking that we can take direct Walk in bookings. later Direct check in was done the rates are totally different..and High....
During departure nobody was there in reception...

The booking was confirmed with payment to be done at the property. Despite several calls and msg stating my intention of visiting. They just canceled my booking and I had to find last minute options, which was quite difficult due to a lack of mobile network on the way.

Insufficient plug points . Only one point for kettle as well as mobile charging. Require minimum one for kettle and one each for mobile chargers(02 nos) and 01 for laptop. Not too much to ask for.

It was worst. Paid alot for that uncleaned property

The property is in bad condition. No proper maintenance.

Cons:

No hot water. It was being supplied on a bucket by helper. No breakfast options. Stained bedsheets and pillows.
