Pros:

Great location-just a few steps away from the baech,restaurants,supermarket,gelateria and not on a very busy street. The owner of the hotel is a very friendly and collaborative person who will help you always. The hotel was clean and has a very nice garden outside where you can have breakfast or drinks in the evening. If travelling by car, there is a free parking nearby and also a supervised paid one. If by plane, the airport is 30 mins walking distance. We would definitely come back!

I would definitely come back
Pros:

I stayed at this wonderful place at the end of August, and everything was excellent. The room was very clean, had everything I needed, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.

Rob made me feel incredibly welcome — the atmosphere was so warm and friendly that it really felt like being at home. Everyone was very attentive and kind, including the gentleman working the night shift and the lovely lady serving breakfast.

The breakfast was excellent, with fresh fruit and a great variety of options.

The location is also fantastic: very easy to reach by public transport, very close to the beach and the seafront promenade, and within walking distance of restaurants, supermarkets, and shops. There are also excellent public transport connections for getting around.

I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place. 💯

L'Hotel con più personalità e stile che ho trovato sulla riviera Romagnola
Pros:

ospitalità di Roberto al top. Struttura con uno stile, design, un'anima che si differenzia e che ti rimane. Ogni angolo dell'hotel ha una suo motivo di esistere, un suo stile, gusto e design. La colazione è top, fantastica, semplice ma curata. Veramente bravo!

Cons:

Se devo cercare un difetto e faccio fatica, direi : le scale da rinnovare, darei più personalità all'ascensore e forse (forse) rifarei la scritta Hotel Nizza fuori che non riesce a esprimere il meglio che si trova dentro.

Лучший отель в Римини
Pros:

Отличный отель с гостеприимным хозяином, ощущение что живешь не в отеле, а у итальянского дяди)
Номер был просторный и уютный (кондиционер, холодильник и каждодневная уборка все есть). Отдельно хочу отметить оформление отеля: много интересных картин и деталей, которые создают особую атмосферу
До пляжа несколько минут пешком, но если не хотите брать лежаки, то до бесплатного пляжа тоже близко, примерно 5 минут пешком и можно взять зонтики в отеле.
Рядом с отелем находится и остановка общественного транспорта для поездки в город, и оживленная улица с кафе, ресторанами и тд. Но сам отель расположен в тихом месте.
Завтрак хороший, особенно понравился большой выбор десертов и тортиков. И вечером очень приятно посидеть на террасе отеля.
Мы остались довольны проживанием!

Ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel.
Pros:

Es war wirklich ein super Aufenthalt. Das Personal war extrem freundlich. Der Strand war gleich nebenan. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber. Also wir können das Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Es gab nichts.
