לקחנו חדר על הבריכה שהיה מדהים ! אווירה רגועה במלון, צוות מדהים שמכיר אותך כבר מהיום הראשון ויודע מה אתה צריך, חוף ים צמוד, מסעדה צמודה של המלון עם אוכל מעולה ובערבים מסוימים הופעות ואווירה מדהימה. נחזור בוודאות !

מקום מדהים אין מה להוסיף הצוות מאוד שירותי ונותן מענה לכל בעיה
לקחנו את החדר על המים והיה ממש נוח
כשהגענו למלון הייתה לנו בעיה בוילון בחדר מהר מאוד הם הם באו והשתדלו לתקן את הבעיה בנוסף החליטו לפצות אותנו בקערת פירות מפנק במיוחד.
המלון נמצא בערך 12 דקות נסיעה מחרסוניוס אז צריך לקחת את זה בחשבון אבל כן יש את כל הפעילויות הימיות וכל מה שצריך במרחק הליכה של שתי דקות מהמלון

Un sejur frumos datorită camerei exclusiv. Vederea și terasa au făcut totul plăcut.

Piscină foarte curată și dotată, detaliile de design, faptul ca am avut supermarket în incinta hotelului practi, ieșirea directă la plajă, sala cat de cat amenajată.

Cons:

Spa - nu se putea numi spa o cameră cu pat, jacuzziul nu a funcționat optim câteva zile, personalul a uitat solicitările privind jacuzzi lul de mai multe ori. La cerere nu am avut lama de ras, set de demachiere, condiționer sau alte cerințe care de-obicei se oferă la 4 stele.

Would not stay again but lay out is nice
Pros:

Properties layout is great and some things work very well. I don’t want to ruin their score so have them 10, but some areas I hope they take constructively from attached comments instead and fix what had to be fixed for a better guest experience. I absolutely loved how they said thank you for supporting them online. Something to truly learn from. They sent a bottle of house wine to room as thank you along with cute personalised note for tagging them on Instagram. Really well done. Beach bar is great with fireplaces. Great service and perfect vibe there.

Cons:

Housekeeping and maintenance is areas that for sure needs to improve. Breakfast service staff including. They were sloppy. Don’t clear dishes. Flower pots upstairs really nasty looking. Downstairs nice. There was really no need for a saxophone player early morning. It was more disturbing than relaxing. All you need during breakfast is sound of ocean birds and view of beautiful palm trees in the light wind. Leave party for evening vibes. Nobody seemed to clean tables upstairs neither. Attaching pictures.

On arrival didn’t appreciate the welcome drink approach. It was nice it was offered but after long day of travel I don’t want to be taken to restaurant table to enjoy it where I am immediately given menu to eat. It’s 17:30, I want to go to room. Freshen up , change and then go for a nice dinner. No option for this was given.

Music in general all day long was way too loud. It’s not a night club nor it’s enjoyable to eat. You can’t even have conversation it’s so loud. And I am not talking about Greek party. There it’s fine and fits with vibe.

Room needs maintenance and Houskeeping has to pay attention to detail a lot more. Guests are on holiday and they have time to notice small details. You pay premium price for swim up room but stay doesn’t feel worth the price. Attaching pictures. I had more pictures but booking only allows adding 4. Dirty windows, ton of spider webs in restaurant upstairs. Wholes in ironing board. Dirty walls.

Pros:

Absolutely everything, staff extremely friendly, helpful polite and caring best service you could ever wish for when on holiday, brilliant time, food excellent too, love the interaction with staff and management

Cons:

Taxi charges a little expensive booked by hotel to go to airport, should have used the booking.com Taxi ordering service return journey, will remember to do this next time
