Staff nature is very humble & good, Breakfast was awesome, rooms are very clean.

When I was checking the room was given good and the views was very beautiful..The room was very clean and amenities was nice..Mr.Ashish and Munna Alam was told me about the hotel, and also help me to keep the luggage by Ashish ..I will visit Once again ..The hotel is also good and the Front office team members is very impressed 👍 when I was checking out ..

We had an amazing experience at Seven Seas Hotel during our wedding celebrations. A special thanks to Mr. Pankaj (Manager) for managing the entire bridal function at Bridewell Hall so professionally. Everything was well organized, and the wedding program went smoothly from start to finish.

Pankaj ji ensured perfect coordination throughout the event, especially during important moments like the ribbon cutting ceremony, pheras at the wedding mandap, photoshoots, and the jaimala. He managed the waiters and service staff efficiently, making sure everything happened on time. His behavior was polite, professional, and very supportive throughout the entire function.

The rooms were comfortable and well maintained. Room cleanliness was excellent, with housekeeping maintaining high standards throughout the event. The food was outstanding—one of the best among hotels in Delhi NCR. Our relatives from Germany, France, Dubai, and Australia also appreciated the quality, taste, and variety of the food. The hotel's location is excellent and convenient for guests.

We chose Seven Seas Hotel for our sister’s wedding, expecting a smooth and memorable celebration. Sadly, our experience was very disappointing. The package looked affordable at first, but later we were asked to pay many hidden charges, especially for the décor.

We were told that they had a professional panel of decorators, but in reality, the entire décor was handled by their own family members, not by qualified professionals as promised. The sales team, especially Akash and Pankaj, was rude and did not manage things properly. The décor by Ishi (Rose Petal) and Hitesh was not as promised, even after charging a high amount. The rooms were also not clean or well maintained.

The management never took responsibility for the problems we faced. Instead of enjoying our sister’s wedding, we spent our time following up, arguing, and dealing with poor service.

Overall, it felt like the hotel cared more about making money than providing good service. We left feeling cheated and disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone planning a wedding.
