Pros:

We were traveling as a group of 5. This provided us all plenty of space and comfortability during our stay. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Only a 30min walk from the train station (a beautiful walk at that with shops and parks). Only a 10-14 minute walk to some swimming in spots on the lake. The beds were comfortable and loved the balcony spaces. The breakfast was also very delicous with different coffee options, fresh breads, croissants, yogurt, eggs, juice, and cereal. We didn't realize until later in the stay there is an elevator for luggage wich is definitely useful for big travels! Overall an amazing time was spent in Lugano.

Die Lage war gut. In 5 Min ist man am See.
Zum Zentrum zu Fuß ca 15 Min
Das Hotel war sehr sauber.
Unsere Zimmer hatten jeweils einen großen Balkon.
Das Zimmer war gemütlich und völlig ausreichend.
Alles sauber.
Frühstück war gut und die Dame im Frühstücksraum sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
Im Vorfeld sehr netten Kontakt mit Marco gehabt.
Alles hat gut geklappt.
Vielen Dank
